I recently stayed here, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations. From the easy self-check-in process to the friendly and helpful host, everything was spot on!
Even though we arrived late, the self-check-in was a breeze. No unnecessary complications or confusing instructions. Just a straightforward process that got us settled in no time.
The host was very easy to communicate with. We chatted over WhatsApp, and they were always available to answer our questions or offer suggestions.
The apartment had recently been renovated and everything felt fresh, new and clean. The apartment had all the necessary amenities, and the furniture and bedding were in great condition.
One of the highlights of this place is its central location. It's in the heart of the city, with plenty of pretty good food options within walking distance.
In conclusion, this accommodation place is a gem. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and...
Read moreI stayed here with my wife for an overnight stay as we visited Rila Monastery. The apartment is clean, cozy, and in a great spot in town. Check in was ok, we called the property manager despite hotels.com claiming the reception desk was open 8am-8pm. The apartments are up several floors, but ours was on the 3rd floor. Parking was advertised as available but we were told to park “anywhere” since it was after 18:00, but that we would have to leave by 08:00 or pay the sms tariff. No big deal, we found a space just across the street. Room was spacious and well appointed. Bed was comfy and we appreciated it was a single full mattress. The only issue was the shower door didn’t completely close and water leaked all over the bathroom floor, so we used extra towels to clean up. We would stay...
Read moreVery good central location, close to most attractions of Blagoevgrad, as well as to plenty of restaurants, cafes and shops. We had a modern, clean and tastefully furnished studio, comfortably air-conditioned. Excellent communication with the host, she was very friendly and helpful. Complimentary coffee/tea and water was available upon arrival and much appreciated. On the minus side, the place can get a bit noisy at night because the city is bustling with life, especially during the summer season when people are outside until late, and the hotel is very centrally located on a busy pedestrian street. Thankfully, with windows closed and curtains drawn, most of the noise is quite efficiently blocked-out. All in all, we had a very comfortable and satisfactory stay at this hotel, I am...
