MM Boutique Hotel — Hotel in Burgas

The worst experience ever, starting from the check - in until we ended our stay earlier. We arrived and unpleasantly surprised there is no parking space for our car. After 2 hours they finally managed to give us parking spot but insisted to pay for it 10 euro per day despite the fact we booked a room with free parking. The receptionist said if we don't pay, we cannot park. We asked for breakfast options, they said no breakfast available. At the SPA I tried to to book a massage and the woman rudely told me it's not possible, no reason why. The rooms are dark, the floor was covered with dusty carpet, there were terrible smell from the bathroom drains , the terrace was dirty and dusty, not possible to use it at all. The maids do not clean properly, so I explicitly requested to not enter our room again because instead of cleaning they are making it worse and put the Do not disturb sign on the door. Despite the Do not disturb sign we found our room with wide open door, there was a very rude woman who spilled dirty water from a bucket on floor. I complained to the manager and had a very rude and unprofessional conversation with explanation that no matter I don't want maids to enter my room they will do it. Worst experience ever at the spa! When I entered they looked at me so hostile & rude …it began from there. The massage therapist said I can not change in the changing room but in the room only. Why?! The massage was rushed & not pleasant. At the end instead of inviting me to stay a little after in the relaxing room like normal spas do, they told me I have to go. I was dizzy from the massage and told them that. They couldn’t care less! It’s not finished yet .
