I am a regular customer at Happy bar and grill and usually I am super satisfied with the service. But this time in Burgas it was a little bit different. Don't get me wrong it still has amazing service most of the time and the food is absolutely always delicious.What happened here in Burgas was an exclusion of my regular visits. This time it was over crowded with people and the organisation of the waiters wasn't the best. At first they said there are free tables and there will be a hostess that will serve us but in fact there wasn't and we had to wait about 10 minutes before we were able to sit and 5 more minutes to order our meal. Another problem that usually doesn't occur was the absence of spoons in out tools set. We had to ask especially for the spoon. The biggest drama of the night was the button that wasn't working. Every time we wanted to call the hostess we weren't able which cost us a lot of waiting. At first we waited to sit in our table than to get our menus, every time we wanted to order something else and even for the bill we had to wait before paying. Everything we tried was genuinely delicious. It’s rare to find a place where every single item feels like it was made with care and flavor, but Happy delivered every time.

The portions are perfect—not too small, not overwhelming—and the presentation is always clean and appetizing. On top of that, the service is just outstanding. The staff are super friendly, always smiling, very fast, and speak good English, which made us feel comfortable and welcomed.
