I would love to leave a 5-star review but unfortunately, there is room for improvement. The shops are decent. The cafe on the first floor leaves much to be desired, though. Waitresses with an unprofessional attitude call their “boss” to find out how to make a matcha latte/cappuccino, whatever. It takes them 10 minutes to figure it out, then upon your first sip, you realise it’s just diluted watery milk with matcha powder which you might as well throw in the garbage bin. I do not think it’s something to put up with because shopping in the place frequently, you expect people who work there to be professional. As simple as that. Another issue is the noise from renovations. When you decide to repair something, please, let customers know how long this will last. It is extremely unpleasant when you're shopping to hear the noise of drilling. Why? I’ve come here to relax, not to endure this...
Read moreIn all honesty if you don't go in you're not missing much. A couple of stores call this place their home, usually don't last long due to the low traffic in there. There's a gym up there which may be a good option as you have a great view while working out. Also, on the top floor there's a halfway decent coffee shop with relatively bad service. It's a good choice if you are going out with a kid as theres a play center up there which you pay per hour while you drink your coffee....but it's usually the last choice for most as there's plenty of better...
