A little difficult to find as the location is incorrectly located on google maps but once you're there the family run hotel does an excellent job of making your stay comfortable. Upon arrival their first concern was that I get to my room and relax for a bit and get settled in, taking care of the check in formalities later. ||||The rooms were generously sized with a balcony, a mini fridge and really comfortable mattresses on the beds. There were plenty of outlets to recharge batteries and were conveniently located so that you could use a computer or tablet while laying in bed. The wifi worked throughout the hotel and on the balconies with no interruptions.||||Bathrooms had tile floors, a small electric heater to take the chill off and a separate shower stall with nice hot water and good water pressure.||||With the colder night temperatures the room had two heating sources, an electric panel below the large window and a central hot water radiator. The hostess turned them both on for me and made sure I understood how each of them worked. Additionally there were extra blankets in the cabinet if one preferred more blankets on the bed.||||The hotel was quiet at night as there is no motorized traffic nearby and being a small town there's not much traffic anyway, especially at night. All in all a very peaceful and restful place to stay.||||In the lower level of the hotel is the restaurant with a woodstove on one end providing a nice warm atmosphere to enjoy the meal. The menu was typical of most Bulgarian restaurants and the hosts were great at suggesting some local dishes and items to go with the meal. The food was well prepared, tasty and...
Read moreAs the title of the hotel indicates, the Panorama hotel is family orientated, in the sense that a number of the members of the family that run the hotel are involved on a regular basis. Simo, the son in charge, is always incredibly helpful and will put himself out to do anything to make your stay there more enjoyable. At the same time, his mother is a superb cook, always providing delicious food with the help of Simo's wife.||||We felt really privileged to get to know the family well thanks to Simo and his sister speaking very good English. The location of the hotel could not be better and is very comfortable. We had visited the hotel for a few days in 2014 and this year stayed for a few days at the beginning and end of a four week holiday in Bulgaria. We would highly recommend a visit to Koprivshtitsa and staying at...
Read moreWe stayed here for one night, with 2 kids under 4. Really great hosts: it was already late and we were on our way, and kids were hungry, so we called to tell them we'll arrive late, and they recommended a very good place to have dinner on our way. We arrived around 11pm, and the hosts was really kind and helpful, although it was really late. The next day she helped with recommendations in the village, places to eat and visit - really nice.||||The rooms are not 5 star, but then again they're good value for the price charged. Great views from the balcony.||||The village is really nice and...
