Hotel Nessebar — Hotel in Nesebar

I took my family here for 2 weeks in August costing £4.200 wasn't as good as we thought it was going to be. First of all the room was really basic no tea/coffee facilities the beds was the worst I've ever seen really basic and uncomfortable I had to take pictures of the kids beds they were that bad.There are several slides for the young ones and bigger ones for teenagers unfortunately these are not open all day due to lack of staff which we thought wasn't good enough. The bigger slides are open for 1hr 30mins in the morning and same again in the afternoon. We went all inclusive and wish we hadn't now, the food was disgusting we eat in the restaurant twice and that was only chips or pizza the chicken wasn't cooked and all the rest I wouldn't give to my dog. Both our children was ill for 3 days because of this,my boy was sick during the night and was sick on a couple of the hotel towles my partner went to reception To ask for a bucket but they sent a cleaner up instead but didn't do a good job, they took the towles away then 3 days later returned them still covered in sick and asked us to either clean them or pay for new ones(what a joke) All that's offered during the day is hot dogs or sausage with boiled potato and onions and that's everyday no variety,bearing in mind we were there for 2 weeks who wants the same thing for 2 weeks? The guy giving out the hot dogs was as miserable as ever do not want to see another hot dog ever)there is another restaurant in the palace which you have to book a table it's an Italian which is 100 times better then our main restaurant, couldn't understand why we had to book every time we went it was either quater or half full. We eat out rest of our holiday no complaints at all very good food. There wasn't many English there. Mainly French, German. They also run out of the all inclusive drink that me and my partner drink after a few days and wouldn't give us the named 1 unless we paid😡😡😡😡. The all inclusive drinks finish at 11pm the bar is open til midnight but you have to pay 😡😡😡😡This went on for pretty much the rest of our holiday. You do get clean towles and fresh bedding daily. There are other activities that you can do mainly kids but again you have to pay 10lev which is about £4for 10minutes. This hotel could do so much better for a 4star I would say more like a 2 star. We will not be going back here ever again and i wouldn't...

We stayed in this property in July. ||This is not a hotel, as advertised here, but a Pansion, as it says on the logo in front of the property. Obviously it does not meet the criteria for a hotel.||The room was with doubtful cleanness, bathroom was very dark with no window. The air conditioning was not working properly and our room was very hot, especially in the afternoon when you return from the beach and look for some coolness.|| ||The beds were not even with proper sheets, but the mattresses were covered with some elastic grey cover witch is normally used as a mattress protection. Local gypsies are hired as a personnel in the hotel, which is very off-putting.||No Wifi connection in the rooms, as advertised, but only in the lobby.||Overall, for the same price you can get a much better accommodation in the same area...

Выбрала этот отель исключительно из-за месторасположения - в одном квартале (3-4 минуты ходьбы вниз по ул. Любен Каравелов до центральной улицы Отец Паисий) от обменников, неплохого супермаркета Младость, уличных кафе, магазинчиков, ресторанов и туристических агентств. Почти одинаковое расстояние до южного и северного пляжей (минут 10 ходьбы до южного пляжа, до северного - минут 15) - мне больше нравился южный - я ходила именно на него. Примерно минут 20 ходьбы или чуть больше до старого Нессебра по тихой и спокойной улице (вверх по ул. Любен Каравелов).||По самому отелю: это 2* (хотя Анекс тур позиционирует его как 3*). Не нужно ждать от него сверхестественного. НО! номера достаточно просторные, чистенькие, с кондиционером, телевизором и маленьким холодильником. В каждом номере есть балкон со столиком и пластиковыми креслами. С горячей водой проблем нет, напор воды хороший. Мебель в номере была достаточно новая и целая (шкаф, туалетный столик с зеркалом над ним, пуфик, кровать из дух придвинутых основ с единым подголовником и двумя матрацами, вешалка). На полу ковролин. Выносят мусор и уборку делают каждый день.||Есть большое отличие в номерах - те номера, которые выходят окнами во двор, имеют более старый ремонт ванной, более старый телевизор и кондиционер, фена нет (так было в моем номере 203). В этих номерах окна во двор и сидеть на балконе не слишком приятно, так как балкон полностью открытый и в 5-7 метрах сбоку находится жилой дом все балконы которого (12 балконов на которых постоянно есть люди) смотрят на ваш балкон - не комфортно. В ванной в номере 203 душ крепился просто на стенку и когда моешься вода везде - на унитазе, раковине, полотенцах и т.д. Я поменяла номер на другую сторону - стало отлично! Номера 102,202 (может и другие в сторону улицы) гораздо более комфортны - душ отделен от туалета стенкой (в номере 202) и кафель новей, балкон меньше, зато более изолирован от соседних домов, более новый телевизор и кондиционер, есть фен. Мебель в номерах одинаковая.||В сам отель попадаешь по карточке, от номера обычный ключ. Удобно.||Работающий рецепшен не видела ни разу (хотя написано, что он работает с 10.00 до 19.00). Все вопросы (в том числе по переселению и продлению номера) решала с уборщицей. Ни по английски, ни по русски персонал не говорит - объясняться сложно, но получалось. Особой любезностью персонал не отличается, что для Болгарии даже странно (в основном все улыбаются).||В целом отель простенький, но приятный (особенно после...
