Great staff, and I can't point that too much (except for the bald security guard-he's a bit too agressive). Everybody else strong 10/10. All inclusive: breakfast-lunch-snack-dinner. Perfect food with lots of options. Room is clean, with AC, TV and small fridge. It's a two minute walk from the public beach. Only, and I mean OOOONLY downside, and something management has to resolve ASAP, is parking. They have too much stay capacity with too little parking space. There is an option to park on the street with same price as in hotel (no free parking even for all inclusive guests), but most likely you have to ask reception in the morning (after the check out) if some of the guests left and if any of the parking spaces are free then.

Good service, good food. Just very good hotel near the beach. People that work there are good aswell. For example Petar on reception was very good. Always smiling and giving us good tips for clubs and pubs. Junior the lifeguard was good aswell becouse he was always aware of us drowning. Azukita program every day was very good and always very funny. Water polo was extremely fun. Mehmed the barman is legend and his drinks were best! Very appreciate this service and hope to see you again.

Rooms are ok. Low class hut they are clean, and stuff cleans them everyday. But bathrooms are terrible. No shower cover, tap is barely kept in place, and water running is really laud. Staff really struggles with English. Some people there shouldn't be put behind the bar, there was just one worker that did really good drinks. Food at restaurant is good for first day. Then You feel that all food there is heavy and fat. Chicken is rarity there. Pools are good.

Im sorry to say but we were transferred to this dump as emergency accc commodation after our flight was cancelled! I can't describe to you how horrified we were to arrive at 4.30am to be told that there were no rooms, they weren't expecting us and that we would have to sleep in the lobby!! Myself, my daughter and 3 girls aged 7, 11 and 14. We were all desperate for the toilet so made our way down a corridor behind the reception desk.. as we opened the door the smell of wee just hit you. There were 4 cubicles every one of them had wee all over the seats! A door leading to outside was wide open, whilst waiting i popped my head out of the door to see that it led to the poolside area. It was pitch black out there but I could make out the shape of the pool! I also noticed a camera above the sinks, pointing towards the cubicles!! We got out of there pretty quick after hand washing using paper towel to open the door. We had to push chairs together for the girls to sleep on, I had asked the receptionist if we could have some blankets and pillows for the girls! These didn't materialise! There was an on duty security guard (who kept trying to look down my top) who just wandered up and down the lobby watching videos, so loudly whilst the children were trying to get some sleep with the lights on Myself and my daughter stayed awake as we didnt want to take our eyes off the children or our luggage! We wished we had stayed at the airport! People were just wandering in off the streets to use the coffee machine right next to where we were sitting! At about 6am people were coming down from rooms upstairs dressed in what appeared to be work clothes, aprons and things! Bizarre, Where were we , some kind of halfway house?? More people arrived in reception from upstairs speaking Bulgarian to reception then being handed plastic tubs, (they looked like icecream tubs) full of loose change! What the hell was going on!! At about 8am I was beckoned to reception desk to be told they had two rooms for us! And that we could go to breakfast... I didnt want to be there any longer and asked how much a private taxi would cost to take us back to the airport. I didnt want to wait for the van that had brought us, the driver drove that van over potholes, stones and heaven only knows what else so quickly I had to keep checking that the trailer he was pulling with our luggage in hadnt lost its wheels and got left behind. Our transfer bus was due at about 12.30. We got the the roomkeys but decided that we would rather stay in the clothes we were standing in than go up there! Now it was daylight we had a much better view of the place!!! I went and had a look at the breakfast room to see what it was like, it did seem to be OK. Two Chinese ladies were standing at the entrance watching everyone go in and out. We had a quick bite to eat I had a coffee and some cake which I wrapped in serviettes. As I went to leave, one of the Chinese ladies snatched the cake out of my hand and shouted no, in broken English that I wasnt allowed to take it outside!! I was shocked! I told my da ughter to watch out for the gestapo when she went we stay poppedķooo I loo Another trip to the horrendous loo which was being cleaned, the smell of bleach made your eyes sting! About 11am my daughter took the room keys up to have a look. When she came down, my 7 year old GD said, nanny the rooms smelt funny, the carpet was sticky and the shower had mould in! Myself daughter didnt think...

The receptionists are rude, they won't welcome or smile. Don't even dare to ask if the check-in is available earlier, their answer will be: Read the wall, it says CHECK-IN AT 2 PM!!!. I know that it's completely up to them to check you in or not, but please give me a polite answer, I am your client.||||The rooms are dirty. We have something spilled on the wall (image attached), and the couch we had in the room had some awful stains (image attached), luckily we found what to cover it with, but this room isn't very pleasing to stay in.||||If you are looking to drink some cool beverages, good look, all the beverages have 0 taste like being mixed with water (tastes like sink water), an image of a Coca-Cola is attached YEP, THAT'S COCA COLA, its the first time in a hotel we had to buy water from the local store. The food is more often not good than good, I have attached an image of the fries, they just heated up the fries made on the previous meal.||||Oh, almost forgot, they have a SECURITY GUY that will try to take care of your vacation, will make remarks and he's also very unprofessional and rude since we were a big company, sometimes we wanted to connect 2 tables to make a large one, he came to us and shouted that we need to stop. (I completely understand that it's their right, and I don't have anything against that, but he could at least come and say something like "Excuse me, could you please not move the tables".||||Also, if you are planning to chill with your family or friends at night, not a chance, the security guy will make everyone go into their rooms at 11:30 PM (like in kindergarten HA HA), never seen that kind of attitude before. Also, he will be rude here too, he just taps on your shoulder and points where to go.||||In conclusion:||The hotel's service is very awful, with zero management ethic and zero care for their customers. Except maybe the people that clean after you at the restaurant, they seem like nice people that will smile at you.||||I strongly recommend looking better for a hotel and try...

Stayed here for a week in September, sadly it has not met my expectations at all. Good points is location as its only a short walk from tve beach, its 20 min to town centre and just a little bit over to bus station. The biggest disappointment was the food. There are NO VEGAN options unless you want to eat chips, rice or cut up fresh vegetable there was nothing else! No milk alternatives. In this day and age this is appalling. My mum also is lactose intolerant and celiac again no alternatives at all. Only normal milk and bread. All inclusive drinks must have been the cheapest available. I am used to bulgaraian whisky what they served here was terrible, no diet coke, no juices just cordial from the machines. No option for ice or decaff coffee. I had to eat out every day which also was a challenge as hardly any places over vegan food. During snack time only pizza is offered. Only milk ice cream no sorbets. The rooms were standard size but we had a 3rd bed I there for no reason which made the room very crammed. The bathroom is a disaster. There is no separate shower its like a wet room with shower head going over the toilet. Sadly there also is a sewer smell coming out of the bathroom. The rooms dont hace tea or coffee facilties. There is no iron or hairdryer u have to ask at a reception. You get woken up daily before or after 9am by the cleaning ladies. Not sure what management cane with the idea of starting to clean occupied rooms so early! There are no "dont interupt" signs available so there is no way to avoid this. Overall the place might seem cheap when you book it although it is similarly priced to many other hotels in the area. For us it would have been cheaper to go self catering and eat out daily as I had to do this anyway. I would have given 1 star but the...
