Hotel Zaara — Hotel in Nesebar

Well, i didn't expect top quality for lowest price but still I have expected to have the basics. Hotel staff doesn't seem really friendly, they dont really care much to help you in any way, with any kind of information or advise, and most of the time you are not able to find anyone at the reception nor anywhere in hotel. Cleaning service is also sloppy- in my case, they were cleaning room first 5 days after that didnt even come any more (to be honest, i wouldn't even call that a cleaning, but hey better than nothing,... I guess). sheets and towels were changed once in my 10-11 days stay... so,no, not good!!! Bathroom was a little bit stinky from time to time, smelled like sewer, and also that is the smell that you will recognise aroung the hotel also from time to time.

On the other hand it is quiet(-ish, but hey people are on vacation, and they want to sing while walking down the street😁), staff at the hotel restorant is very nice, food is good, and prices are more-less same as in other restorants in vicinity. So, if you need some info or advise better to go for a coffee at the hotels restorant and ask there.

Rooms look pretty nice, view is nice, especially if you are on higher flors, beds are comfortable, pool is good and clean, you are not far away from beach, also main square (lets call it like that) is close and with it most of the restaurants, promenade is also close and is offering something for everyone.

All in all, it wasn't a disaster, and I dont want to say "never again", but... lets just say i wouldn't like to...

I don't know where all the good reviews come from but the hotel looked bad from the very first sight. But not to judge the book by its cover/ the insides were bad as well. There was dust everywhere. It looked like the cupboard was not cleaned for a very long time not to mention that there were some crumbles on the TV and the desc was sticky. When said to the receptionist she promised to look into it but nothing happened. The food in the restaurant was horrible and to get to the beach several obstacles needed to be avoided. The bar closed at around 9-10 on Saturday and it looked like it didn't work at all during the week. The pool towels were present only one day. When we asked if we can get some the receptionist told us the towels were taken but by whom we do not know as there was nobody by the pool.
