The hotel advertises itself as 4-star, but the standard is far from that category – it looks more like the stars were awarded back in communist times.||Service and reception:|Some of the staff give the impression that they work there as a punishment. We arrived at 12:30, and the receptionist told us to wait until 14:00 to get our keys. Meanwhile, people who arrived after us received their rooms right away. When we asked again for our keys, the receptionist pretended not to know what we were talking about, even though she was holding them in her hand. When we finally got our room, it turned out that the air conditioning was not working. In a hotel of this class, functioning air conditioning should be a standard, not a luxury. After reporting the issue, we were told it would be fixed “tomorrow” and that “we didn’t have to be in the room.” On top of that, the receptionist and technicians were making comments and snickering in Bulgarian, which was highly unprofessional.||Food:|Because of the receptionist’s sluggishness, we missed our first lunch – meals were only served until 14:00. Instead, we were given reheated pizza with hot dogs, which looked like leftovers from breakfast – and unfortunately, such “snacks” were served every day.|As for other meals – theoretically a buffet, but the quality was far below expectations:||stew served with pieces of bone,||greasy and heavy dishes (oil-soaked scrambled eggs, fish sticks, fish),||the chef, despite the all-inclusive option, rationed pancakes and waffles, and if someone took “too much” in his opinion, he would actually take food off their plate (!).|||Room:|On the plus side – the rooms were clean, and towels and bedding could be changed every other day upon request. On the minus side – the air conditioning was practically useless, with no option to adjust the temperature (either freezing cold or nothing at all). At night there was a problem with insects, as lights on the balconies attracted mosquitoes.||Pool:|A big minus for cleanliness – the bathrooms by the pool were moldy, with black mildew on the walls.||Summary:|The hotel definitely does not deserve 4 stars. The staff are unfriendly and unprofessional, the air conditioning does not work properly, the food is poor quality, and cleanliness in the common areas leaves much to be desired. The only positive is the clean rooms and regular towel changes, but that is far from enough. I do not recommend this hotel and will...
Read moreWe had an amazing week at the Longosa Hotel, and from the very first day, it felt like the perfect place for a relaxing holiday. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a balcony. It was cleaned regularly, so it was always fresh and pleasant. The food was excellent, with a wide variety to choose from every day—everyone could easily find something they liked. The hotel’s location is fantastic, just a short walk from the beach.||The weather couldn’t have been better, which made our stay even more enjoyable. But what really made this trip special was the wonderful team of people working at the hotel. Everyone was so kind, helpful, and cheerful—it really made us feel welcome. The bartenders were always friendly and tried their best, even though the bar could use a bit more variety.||A huge highlight of our holiday was definitely the ANIMATION TEAM. Julian, Zhenya, and especially Vanesa and Zory were simply incredible. They were full of energy, enthusiasm, and always ready to make guests smile. Their activities were so much fun—water gymnastics with Julian, water polo and darts with Zory and Zhenya, and unforgettable zumba sessions (the “Helicopter” song will be stuck in our heads forever!). Playing darts and schülback with Zory was always a laugh—she’s got such a great vibe and the warmest smile. Truly the best animator ever.||In the evenings, the entertainment continued with a mini disco for the kids, followed by fun events like bingo, karaoke, and theater shows. There was never a dull moment.||Overall, this was one of the best holidays we’ve ever had. We’re leaving with so many happy memories and can’t wait to return to see all these wonderful...
Read moreWe spent a wonderful week at the Longosa Hotel. The room was nice and spacious, with a balcony, and was usually cleaned daily. The food was great, and there was a lot to choose from every day—there was something for everyone. The hotel is located in an ideal location, just a short distance from the sea.||||The weather during our stay was absolutely perfect, so we enjoyed it even more. But what made this vacation truly unforgettable was the amazing staff. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and always smiling. The bartenders were friendly and make good drinks, even though the bar wasn’t very well equipped. Despite their efforts, they couldn’t do much without the right ingredients.||||What I would highlight most is THE ANIMATION TEAM at this hotel, which was truly the best I have ever seen. Julian, Zhenya, and especially Vanesa and Zory are wonderful people. Thanks to them, our stay at the hotel was truly unforgettable. They were friendly, enthusiastic, and fully committed to their work. All the activities they planned were really good. There were water gymnastics every day with Julian, water polo and darts with Zory and Zhenya and zumba dancing, where the song Helicopter got stuck in our heads, and I think we won't forget that dance for a long time. Zory also taught us how to play a game called Shoulback, which always made us laugh and was a lot of fun. In the evening, they organized a mini disco and entertainment shows like bingo, karaoke, or theater—which are always a lot of fun. ||||Nevertheless, it was one of the best vacations we've ever had, and we'll really miss all the wonderful people we met there! We can't...
