Hotel Manz 2 — Hotel in Pomorie

We have booked 6 rooms for people coming from Romania for my wedding. We have been sent 2 cancellations emails just 1 hour before check in that they overbooked. My husband went a week before the arrival and paid in full for 4 rooms. 1 was paid online. They refunded us full money for rooms my husband paid in cash and the other one was just partially refunded.

We went there as the people were about to check in arrived there and had a chat with the lady. Let me tell you it was a very apathetic, rude and nasty lady, did not speak English at all, didn’t care that the people came from 100s of km away to check in for here to email 1 h before that we didn’t have the rooms anymore. I have never been put in such situation through booking, properties mustn't be allowed to do such things, I was left with 13 people on the street to look for accommodation. It isn’t normal to do something like this. They also wanted to cancel the other two rooms on booking and pay in cash there(the same amount) probably so that they make the money booking would do otherwise as fees. I’ve been told actually that they didn’t overbook but someone showed up with a longer stay so they just took them and cancelled us, and eventually the rooms paid on booking werent fully refunded.

We were left one with the massive headache and stress before my wedding to find where to accommodate 13 people!!!! It was the worst nightmare that could happen to anyone coming from 100s of km and be left on the streets in full season when it was the most difficult to find even a room!!!!! Specially in a different country.

Please read more comments seems like they do this a lot!!! Do not book if you want to have where to sleep because this people will leave you...

39.07.20. Добра локация, почти в центъра на града, но далеч от пясъчната ивица. Обзавеждането е статично, можеха поне матраците да подновят. Сега има достатъчно добри предложения за по-качествени матраци. Бяхме с ваучери, които включваха закуски и вечери. Много интересно...казаха, че вечерята за всички е еднаква, без оглед дали предлаганото е добро за твоето здраве( говоря за евентуални алергии, не те питат изобщо). Пилешкото филе пане беше кърваво сурово, но го изпържиха същото отново повторно, макар че вече го бяхме разрязали. На закуска, мъжкараната, която ни обслужи, беше малко грубичка и безцеремонна, защото бяхме отишли 10 Мин. по-рано. Самата закуска беше пак едно и също за всички: конфитюрче, масълце, по 5малки маслини, 2резенчета краставички, кръгче доматче и 5 тънки кръгчета колбас 3см в диаметър и по едно варено яйце. Общо взето, всичко това изглеждаше в чинията доста рехаво. Чай нямаше, бил предвиден ,,за утре". Предложиха ни сок, налят в 2 кани и студено шварц кафе. Сокът беше различен цвят и в двете кани, но се оказа, че и в двете е от череши. Стаята - просторна, с югозападен изглед към главната улица, шумна, но ако затвориш вратата, става задушно. Без комарник на вратата на терасата, която беше много хубава и голяма, обща със съседната стая. Централната климатизация не работеше, а локалната толкова бръмчеше, че не се чувахме, и почти не охлаждаше, затова я спряхме. Добре че след 22ч захладня и отворихме вратата на терасата. Нямаше тънки пердета, само плътни завеси, без които, от околните сгради всичко се виждаше. Обзаведена с масивни мебели от тъмно кафяво-червеникаво дърво (не знам как се води). Три легла, двете допрени на спалня. Можеха поне матраците да подновят - стари и твърди, събудихме се по-уморени. Сега има достатъчно добри предложения за...
