HOTEL|Well-kept, clean and spacious enough. First impression Wow - for this price. Everything is in good condition - well, almost everything. The style is quite elegant, unlike other "Byzantine-modern" architectural monsters popular in Bulgaria. At first glance, it stands out for its elegance compared to other facilities in Primorsko.|The service is rather standard - without going out of line - for example, you have to carry your luggage from/to the bus yourself, despite the available luggage trolleys. On the other hand, for example, despite check-out at 11:00, they extended our All Inclusive package by 2 hours.|At the reception and bars you can communicate in Bulgarian, English and Czech, sometimes also in Russian. In Polish (despite the fact that a large percentage of guests) they only know a few basic words or phrases, so there is not much that can be done in our language.|There are many armchairs and tables in the main hall, and many on the terraces and in the arcades.||POOLS|It's not crazy, it's not Egypt or Türkiye|Larger - let's say for adults. Illuminated with changing colors after dusk. Unfortunately, the water is not heated, and since it's not Egypt, you could say it's crisp :)|The swimming pools are open from around 7:30 until dusk and then they are supposedly disinfected. It's a pity - because the lighting effects would make evening swimming very attractive, and you can only look at it.|Smaller - for teenagers and children with small slides open only during designated hours. Good for parents with children and the kids themselves. There are not many attractions, but on the other hand, small slides are perfect for children because they do not tire them out with climbing and are not frightened by the height.|The number of sunbeds and umbrellas is so large that even if there is a large occupancy there will be something available.||ANIMATIONS|Mainly for small children. There is also something for adults, but we haven't used it so we can't judge.|Animators from Poland and the Czech Republic. Competent, I guess.||TRANSFER FROM/TO THE AIRPORT|Lasts approx. 1 hour. depending on the number of guests getting off/on along the way. Coaches: one is slightly stuffy and the other is very good - if you get it :)||ROOMS|On arrival, you will receive a large bottle of water and 185 ml of wine.|The rooms are elegant, spacious, in good condition and with large balconies and windows covering the entire wall of the room (half of them can be opened/moved and, if necessary, covered only with a mosquito net). The rooms include, among others, a safe, a fridge, TV (only Czech and Bulgarian programs), individual air conditioning (but the minimum temperature that can be set is up to 24C), the possibility of illuminating the headboard with different colors, the possibility of turning on atmospheric music quietly filtering from the speakers in the ceiling ( a very nice option), 2 telephones - 1 in the room and the other in the bathroom (no cheat sheet with the number provided - probably for decoration), comfortable mattresses and pillows, bedding pleasant to the touch. Disposable slippers are also available. There is also a kettle, 2 mugs and 2 glasses (which the staff does not wash) and for the entire 7-day stay, 2 coffee sachets, 2 tea sachets and sugar sachets. The offer also includes a mini bar - but somehow we didn't notice it :). The bathrooms (modernly furnished) include a shower with an additional rain shower, a hairdryer, a set of towels, a shower liquid in a dispenser and soap at the sink also in a dispenser. Somewhat uncleaned corners in the shower. There is also a rope next to the shower - probably an emergency rope - but when I accidentally pulled it, nothing happened except for the red light - no one checked whether I had fainted, etc. - or maybe it wasn't an emergency rope?|Cleaning is limited only to replacing towels, wiping the floor, emptying baskets, replenishing toilet paper and possibly returning the dishes to the table if someone brought them. The bed linen is not changed during the entire stay (so please do not sweat excessively), the beds are not made and the ashtrays are not emptied.||ALL INCLUSIVE (meals)||The offer stated opening hours were 2:00, but in reality it was 1:00. However, I didn't notice that it was a problem.|From 7:30 until late in the evening you can taste something or have a drink. And there is much more than the tour operator provides. Lots of vending machines with decent coffee in several variants, stands with ice cream (average quality), cookies, freshly made pizza (pretty good - and served by a very nice and helpful pizza man), boiled corn, pop corn, fruit, salads and rotationally with skewers or other goods. The main restaurant has an Asian corner (rice dishes, including sushi) - scrambled eggs or omelettes are served here during breakfasts, an Italian corner (pastas, dumplings, risottos) - pan cacke is served here during breakfasts, and the main part where everyone will find something for myself. There is some regional cuisine, some seafood or fish, some meatless dishes, meat dishes, two soups every day, several ready-made salads, ingredients to create your own compositions, a set of olives, and of course cold meats (usually salami and various...

Read more3/5 Great massage and the person who greets you at lunch and Dinner is fantastic. His name is Anton. The rooms were taken care of with only the towels, toiletpaper, sink, toilet and sweeping the floors. The sheets were never changed in the 11 days I was there. Very sad. This is an international 3 star hotel disguising itself as a 5 star in Bulgaria. The pools were never cleaned and I never saw someone or machine cleaning them even at night. That apparently means same water for how long? Please let a moment for that to sink in. Food: The hotdogs were changed out and the buns were the type that have the hole in the middle and you slip the dog inside. So, hotdogs were bigger than the hole and the guy tried to serve my young son one with it being forcefully pushed in and 3/4 sticking out in some grotesque hybrid. I asked him to at least cut the bread down the hole so that I can put the dog in more appropriately. Training day for 2 cooks. 1st was making pancakes the size of a lemon slice and the second was making omelet with what seemed to be raw ingredients. Meanwhile both chefs who were supervising were indifferent to any mistakes while they were there. Couple of days later same junior chef was caught burning the pancakes outside for snacks.Of course then they had to clean the whole girdle. The bacon they cook is not crispy! A hotel in Spain and Turkiye were able to do it the same way but kept the bacon a little bit more spaced out for a little while longer and it turned out great. The food manager looks like he should retire and let someone younger and more in the new standard of food business take over. Not caring starts at the top always! Staff are friendly but during any event they would rather repeat the same message in Czech,Polish, and Bulgarian instead of at least once in English. Also any information is not in English anywhere. They say that they had it last year but that doesn't help me this year. 8 lev for a token to play Billiards is insane and ridiculous for anyone. Basically 4 euro for a coin op pool table. I might add that its the same for a game of fuzzball. Also there appears to be swimming pool rules that are not enforced. Like leaving towels on a sun bed and then leaving for the entire day and no one cares that others might want to be in the shade while you're outside and about. Smoking is everywhere and as someone who quit smoking I find the lack of respect astonishing. I find this Hotel is a mix of everything, good in many aspects but seriously lacking in others. Would I come again? Most likely not. I would most likely search out other hotels in the North of Bulgaria since if this is a 5 star Southern Hotel, I'm inclined to see if the North offers better standards of accommodations and more customer...
