Hotel North Beach — Hotel in Primorsko

We are very disappointed with the hotel restaurant. After being guests at the hotel quite a few times (and loving the place and the food in previous years) we decided to have a family dinner at the restaurant. We found the waiter to be very unprofessional telling us that he needed to check with the chef (who seemed not to be in the right mood for the night) if we could order what we wanted from the menu. They had run out of spaghetti sauce (guess they only use a ready-made one, not made fresh) which is why we could not order the dish. We ordered different types of steak, not only did they serve the wrong type of meat, but they also mixed our side orders. The steamed vegetables were purely frozen boiled veg. Again, the waiter wasn't sure if we could pay by card, we were later told by another member of staff that we can't pay by card. Overall our first family dinner at the seaside was ruined and we wouldn't go back to this restaurant, I hope at least they serve well for their hotel guests. When we were asked at the end how the night went and we gave an honest feedback, noone even cared apologising to us for the many things that went...

The hotel is situated in the relatively quiet part of town, about 5 minutes from the North Beach. We were there with my partner for our summer holidays, but unfortunately we were extremely disappointed. We were shocked when we found on the fourth day that neither the room was cleaned nor the sheets and towels changed. The only thing the maids were doing was throw the bins and smear the floor with a wet cloth. After a scandal, they were replaced, and that was the only way to stay for 10 days. On the second day, we found that the pool on the roof had cloudy and unclean water. The only good thing was the food for breakfast and dinner. It was varied...
