Three friends and I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. It’s only a short drive (10 mins) up to the slopes in Borovets itself and that makes it much better value for money.|The rooms and the hotel are kept spotlessly clean and the bathrooms are also clean and well appointed.|The hotel has a restaurant on site with a pretty extensive menu but the food is great and the staff really helpful. Breakfast I would say is basic but it’s more than enough to get you set for a day on the snow.|Oh and there is a fitness room, hot tub and basic spa downstairs. Only used the hot tub once and the gym once but it was perfectly good for a quick cool down.|Wi-Fi is good throughout.|Overall, a great little hotel and would recommend to anyone looking at somewhere to stay for...

A poor attempt to be fancy. The place looks good, more "elite" than most in the area, but the food and service still have a long way to go... It started with us just sitting at a table for 5-10 min without anyone approaching us, I had to get up and look for a waitress to ask for menus (we were sitted by a waitress that disappeared a second later). Cesar salad dressing was pretty much a plain mayonnaise, the risotto was waaayyy al dente, pork fillets dry and plain, the bread arrived when we almost finished the main courses... So there's a long way between how the place looks and what experience...

We entered and we saw that their beautiful garden is full so we asked a waiter for a table inside. He was so bored and unfriendly as made us to go.|Is a wrong attitude of the stuff, although the place is nice and the clients seemed to be very with their culinary choices. |It's a pity, but if the owner agree with this kind of attitude is his choice. |My advice is to try it, but don't be nervous if the waiters treat you...
