Three friends and I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. It’s only a short drive (10 mins) up to the slopes in Borovets itself and that makes it much better value for money.|The rooms and the hotel are kept spotlessly clean and the bathrooms are also clean and well appointed.|The hotel has a restaurant on site with a pretty extensive menu but the food is great and the staff really helpful. Breakfast I would say is basic but it’s more than enough to get you set for a day on the snow.|Oh and there is a fitness room, hot tub and basic spa downstairs. Only used the hot tub once and the gym once but it was perfectly good for a quick cool down.|Wi-Fi is good throughout.|Overall, a great little hotel and would recommend to anyone looking at somewhere to stay for...
Read moreA poor attempt to be fancy. The place looks good, more "elite" than most in the area, but the food and service still have a long way to go... It started with us just sitting at a table for 5-10 min without anyone approaching us, I had to get up and look for a waitress to ask for menus (we were sitted by a waitress that disappeared a second later). Cesar salad dressing was pretty much a plain mayonnaise, the risotto was waaayyy al dente, pork fillets dry and plain, the bread arrived when we almost finished the main courses... So there's a long way between how the place looks and what experience...

He was so bored and unfriendly as made us to go.|Is a wrong attitude of the stuff, although the place is nice and the clients seemed to be very with their culinary choices. |It's a pity, but if the owner agree with this kind of attitude is his choice. |My advice is to try it, but don't be nervous if the waiters treat you...
