Let's start with the pros - friendly staff, spacious rooms with a pleasant atmosphere and interior ... and that's it.||Rooms||According to our reservation we should a studio 2 + 1 with a pool view, but when we arrived we were accommodated in a room that had nothing to do with our wishes. They accommodated us in the staff quarters - a box-sized room, courteously telling us that they themselves represented their double rooms as studios?!?! After some altercation , we were finally moved to our studio - spacious, new and clean, but all the rooms in the hotel have a problem with the bathroom - all floor is covered with water, because there is no place for the water to go out! The doors and the frames of the bathrooms are swollen with water and they cant be closed, you can not get into the bathroom without fins. The hotel description says that the rooms have a hairdryer - yes, but no - hairdryers are available at the reception desk and you have to return it immediately after use. Internet and also coverage in the whole hotel is missing .. Terrible coverage, both in the pool and the restaurant and the rooms.||Common areas and pool||Children's playground is similar to one, and animation is just a parody. Children under 5 can not use the equipment at all, and animators are uncaring and are not interested in children under 5 years of age. There is even a sign that explains that the children's playground is dangerous and should not leave children unattended. In that case - why do you have children's corner?||Children's pool in the afternoon is entirely in the shade, and it is covered with some green carpet and some paving stones that no one has moved through our entire stay. My son twice stumbled and fell. Both the children's and the large pool are by no means secure. Savior is also gone! There is one more inside pool, but it was not working at all!||Food and drinks||Frankly, this was the biggest disappointment to us - the restaurant does not comply with the capacity of the hotel. Let's start with the bar - there's only one bar in the restaurant and the staff barely able to serve everyone. We remarked that the staff had been shifting from more than 16 hours of work for days in a row - we felt sorry for them. The bar was not well loaded, often there was not enough drinks.||Now for the food - the first day we were impressed how fresh and tasty the food (albeit not very varied). Too bad for us - this Chef, left! The new Chef turned out to be able to cook only french fries and chicken legs in any variety. The breakfast is absolutely monotonous and the same - in 6 days once there were macaroni and once the princesses with mince - during the rest of the time there were only cornflakes, eggs and bacon! No variety of sausages, no fillet or ham. Nothing! The fruits that are served for breakfast remain until they are eaten - understand 2-3 4 days, as long as it takes. The same fruits began to rot at one point, but no one changes them.||Lunches and dinners were the same - no fish almost, one fish dish a day, no meat except legs - 5 dishes 4 with legs! The rice lunch (with vegetables and mushrooms) was used for stuffed peppers in the evening! Grill was almost gone - I think once there were chicken legs-steaks, but they were raw!||The only time we went to dinner earlier - what it turned out - there was a variety of meat - we had lamb, but imagine our surprise when the only pan finished and replaced it with chicken legs. We spoke to a manager over the phone - that it was not normal for the Chef to make only 1 tray for a 3-hour dinner - the manager who never came, despite our great desire to see him, replied that this was the procedure with them. High-end products were made in small quantities, and .. whoever he did he found. We were shocked! Desserts - absolutely nothing but fruits and here and than some pastries , every day, the same .. Intermediate meals - before lunch cakes, afternoon pizza - no other variety ... and of course the fruits of...

At the start it was mixed feelings as we received a bottle of champagne for our birthday but when we arrived the room had no curtains on one of the main windows no shower curtain or cabin, and had an installed kitchen with sink but no tab or water. ||We paid the same price as any other room but they try to see if they can get away with it. After we complained they moved us to a proper room and the day after we decided to extend our stay. Instead of keeping is in the same room , They moved us again and in the move a small towel got missing. On the last day we went to reception 3 times to ask for towels for our new room and we were told we won't get it until we return the missing towel. We were with out 3 and 5 yo daughters who couldn't shower for the whole day. It became a big problem and we felt as criminals who were hold for a towel. The staff was nice but very unhelpful as they were not trained at all and didn't know what to do. In fact they were scared of the housekeeper who wants her towel. I had to call her and she screened at me and put the phone down on me . I have never experienced a staff member acting like that with a customer who just wants towels that need to be in the room anyway. It was so comic that other visitors came along in the lobby and offered towels and sheets for our kids. At the end we convicted them after 1,5hr talk at 00,30h to give us 4 towels. What a ridiculous attitude ....staying at the desk midnight with 2 small kids begging for towels ||That spoiled the whole holiday and we were left with such regretful feeling of staying extra 2 night ||||The day after when checking out and talking to the manager , she called the houskeeper who told her there are 3 new towels missing from our new room . I was shocked as to start with , we didn't have any towels firstplace. instead of her apologizing about all this and the unacceptable behaviour of her staff screeming at customers, she asked us to pay for the damn towels and leave and not come back😆||She also added ' I regret that I extended your stay and you are complaining about towels hahah||Very unprofessional is the least I can say||||||||||||For the rest staff is not trained but nice...

We made our reservations for 5 rooms early in the spring, so we expected to be in good rooms, infact we receive two rooms on 0 floor and they were not even next to each other the other room was on 1 floor and the last two at least were fine on 3rd floor next to each other. The food is alright but the quality is not good enough for 4 star hotel also there is no big choice either on lunch on dinner. The staff is completely unfriendly and unprofessional on reception and restaurant they don't speak either BULGARIAN OR ENGLISH. The reception team was completely awful we wanted to change the parter rooms but they said there is no way to do it cause the hotel was full and they had only free apartments left. There was playground (table tennis, ice hockey, pool, car games,etc) but unfortunately it was open only the first day. We kindly ask to open it in the afternoon for us, so we can play tennis, but they said its not possible, because they wanted to avoid kids to play in this room. The pool was alright, but we had some trouble moving the umbrellas they are really uncomfortable to move. The water draining in the shower was not good at all, also you could hear true the pipes when somebody is doing anything in the toilet if hes above or under you. The reception was working only from 8 to 12 in the morning and at some point in the afternoon. I will give credit to the housekeeping service, I think its the only department that does actually its work perfect in the hotel. Around the pool is not getting cleaned at all. It was not only us getting frustrated, I saw also other people complaining. Overall the rooms are good, housekeeping is the only good department in the hotel and food is fine but no big choice and after the second day you eat the same things, Desserts are same every day.
