The family-run guest house is well located between Old and New City of Sozopol. It is just on the main street so there is no possibility to park if you come with your own car.||The bad news is that the rooms of Alfa VIta needs emergency refurbishment= The general parts of the hotel are OK, but the situation in my room was more than terrible. The bathroom was the smallest I ever seen - no more than 1 sq.m. with no shower or bathtub. You have to use the sink to take a bath which is very uncomfortable especially for a longer visit. The worst thong was that so called bath was extremly dirty with dirt remaining from the previous guests.||The room were more than simple - almost without no facilities - just small TV, old and noisy AC and small, old and very noisy fridge. Last but not least the front door was hilarious - ancient and very thin. ||The good things: The breakfast was ok including 7 meal choices to choose from and the service was...

On a slightly more positive note, the location was relatively decent, offering convenient access to nearby attractions. However, the overall condition of the hotel left us disappointed, and we would rate it only 2 out of 5 stars based...
