Golden Tulip Varna — Hotel in Varna

I have stayed in this hotel over the years over 100 nights.||Staff and cleanliness of the hotel is always superb|Rooms are nice |Laundry service is nice|They charge you heavily for late checkout (cost me 60lv for a few hours (despite the hotel being on very low occupancy) not best pleased as I’ve been here so many times, and I put colleagues in here every year ||Never looks massively appealing from the road side but it never really has, not in a great area either but if you put this buy the beach (only 15 min walk away) it would be superb and competition for the graffiti hotel (best in Varna).||WiFi has always been very hit and miss. Has been for years.||Rooms are great and they now like a lot of hotels to safe monies have got rid of lovey shampoos and conditioners and put them on the wall.||No baths|No kettle or facilities to make a hot drink - you have to go get a tiny tiny tea pot of hot water and a cup which just about make 1 1/2 drinks from reception then go all the way back to your room and repeat - not much fun when on the 7th floor and don’t feel so well (all you want is a supply of hot water and honey). ||Prob a 7/10...

dirty room with hair on the bed and undercover ||tiny bed sheets do not fit the bed||suite doesn t have a proper queen bed instead two single next to each other ||mattress is bare you can see it and it s ripped and torn as you would see in a -1 * auberge not a 4* suite. ||no amenities no balcony no sound proofing between the rooms the suite toilet is facing the bed so good luck with romance also the walls are so thin you could hear the other guests doing business in their wc while enjoying your suite.||breakfast is low standard for "free breakfast lovers" worth 2 dollars||low staffed ||also forgot in the suite there was a huge bed size and a single person duvet we could not...

I want to share my sincere indignation about the service and the rules of the hotel. Tonight /14.07.2021, at 23:50 /, with my wife, who is pregnant by the way…| She felt sick and the hotel was in front of us. Accordingly, we went in to ask her to use the toilet, but we were denied due to the fact that we are not guests of the hotel.| This is extremely unacceptable and humiliating for me, asking them to let your pregnant wife go to the toilet in the lobby! After we left the hotel, 50 meters ahead my wife vomited.| Pregnant or not, it can happen to anyone.| I have no words!!! I don't know when we will be able to feel like...
