눀Where to begin? I had a Standard Double Room with Fan. It’s a family run business, feels good, not like some corporate joint.|The Owner is very hospitable & accommodating- you want it, you got it! He and his wife work hard daily, maintaining & improving standards.||Rooms are cleaned daily (well, 95+% of the time)- fresh towels, marble floor, garbage out, toiletries when needed- in a word, spotless!||The room has a kettle.||The WiFi is really great, works 24/7.||There’s a fridge by the Reception desk with the usual. Best prices.||Gina Relax House is a 5 minute walk from, IMHO, the most beautiful part of the beach, which I have walked, end to end. |Gina is in Otres Village, which caters to tourists, but doesn’t have that ‘touristy’ feel. Lots of restaurants serving Khmer of course, Viet, Thai, pizza & pasta, Western, seafood... I’m mostly vegetarian, Great Friend Restaurant has excellent salads, and the staff is friendly. Fair prices. Half a dozen or more ‘Mini-Marts’ some with lots of items.||놘There was nothing I didn’t like, but I could offer you some advice:|Sometimes there are village-wide power outages, usually 1~3 hours. Solution? Go to the beach, grab your book, make sure your computer’s battery is always fully charged with your favorite apps downloaded.||Mosquitoes- You might want some repellent- available in the village, I had it, didn’t need it. Gina Relax House is new here in the village of Otres. A row of clean, new rooms with new firm mattresses on the beds. The plumbing is 100% functioning, a rare perk for Cambodia in general. There are three rooms with ac and three with fans. Good price for brand a new place. The owners live in the first flat, and are very attentive to the needs of their guests.||||As I write, the owners are adding flowers to the front yard. Creating a nice garden of banana trees and flowers. They're very kind and accommodating. Gina Relax house is a relatively new accomodation in Otres, yet the best value we had. Room was excellent, tv was great (could wach NHL from sports illustrated), minibar prices were reasonable (actually didn't buy drinks elsewhere anymore). The yard is nice and tranquil and you can rent a scooter from the owners pal, for 5$. It's relatively close to the beach, just 5 minutes walk, and has several nice eating places nearby.
