Kim Chantha Guest house — Hotel in Khaet Preah Sihanouk

I stayed here for 3 nights and checked out the room price before arriving.|When we arrived they tried to charge us 12USD instead of 8USD which was the price. It is not much money but its the principal of the price is the price.|We did not get our rooms cleaned, we put in laundry there fair price 1USD per kg. My clothes were not do bad but as for my friend they all had stains on them and come back worse than he had put them in. They tried overcharging us and the old 'bag' sorry woman was very arrogant and we had to pay what she said the price was.|Wifi was not working at all but as we left it was working again. the young girls there tried their best in the guesthouse but I think they have to listen to the old arrogant woman.|You can find the same budget rooms and a better run place than this 1 in...

One of the worst guestshouse I've ever stayed. The location is ok but the house is not clean. Staircase is high and not clean. Room was a bit small with no view. WiFi is not working at all while the ac makes all the noise like there are cars going around. Bathroom is small and not so clean. There is no room to room phone and it's a nightmare to call the reception as they don't have desk phone and the numbers they put on the wall couldn't be reached. Stay is just stay!...

Abbiamo prenotato con booking.com questo hotel per 10 notti, dal 23.12 al 02.1.2015, quando siamo arrivati per fare il check in, una ragazza locale, che a malapena parlava inglese, ci ha fatto capire che voleva più soldi e nell'attimo in cui abbiamo presentato la prenotazione, ci ha fatto sapere telefonicamente dal manager, che dal 29 mattina, avrebbe chiuso per tre giorni per le vacanze e che quindi non avremmo potuto avere la nostra stanza.||La struttura è tipica cambogiana e sinceramente non molto accogliente. ||Sappiate che allo stesso prezzo ci sono molte altre...
