Aircon doesn’t work. They switched me rooms…to an even hotter room (and only after I demanded it, as the lights went off while I was in the shower, and the curtains opened automatically while I was naked). I’ve stayed at 1 star hostels w/ better working aircon. Noise from construction site across the street made what would’ve been a wonderful $55USD massage a bit stressful. Even non-smoking room smells like smoke. Some staff is wonderful..:other staff is very rude. I would rather sleep on the street than stay at this hotel again. WAY over-priced…especially with poor service and non-working aircon. Oh, and first room was dirty—soap residue left all over the bathroom counter. This place looks nice in the photos, but don’t be fooled—it is awful. I suppose if you like casinos, then it is good place for you. If you just want a nice hotel, then find somewhere else.
