Our group of 5 friends from Hong Kong stayed for a week in rooms 101 and 102 and we loved every single moment of being here.||||From the moment we walked in, we were warmly greeted by the staff who gave us nice refreshing towels to help us freshen up, and then Mr Senghang walked us through everything we need to know about the hotel, and also told us that we had been upgraded to connecting rooms for free which was really nice.||||The five of us fell in love with the hotel, everything was perfect and 100% clean. The pool's right by restaurant and bar and has some beautiful Cambodian decor. There's a wide variety of both food (including free breakfast, we didn't expect so many choices) and drinks at the resto & bar which is conveniently located right by the pool. Highly recommend their cocktails as well.||||Also, no matter what department, whether it's the front desk staff or restaurant staff or the spa staff, every single one of them always had genuine bright smiles on their faces every time we saw them. It's impossible not to be happy here. Thank you to all the staff of Naga Gate for making our stay in Siem Reap feel...
Read moreNaga Gate Boutique Hotel greeted us with a welcome drink and cold towel. It features an outdoor swimming pool, a bar, and also offers on-site cooking classes at the all-day dining restaurant. We got a free roundtrip airport transfer.||||Their room was huge and very clean. The in-house open-air restaurant serves up local Cambodian cuisine and international dishes. We loved their Fish Amok dish. It was in fact the best that we have eaten in Cambodia. My daughter loved it and ate twice there.||||The staffs were warm and very friendly, from the receptionist to the waiters/waitress in the restaurant. They celebrated their annual dinner at the hotel restaurant itself when we were there and invited us to join for free. We attended, had dinner and left to go to another place. When we returned, the staffs were doing the Khmer traditional dance and asked us to join as well. We danced for a while and left to our room. ||||Though the hotel is not in the city centre (8km away from Angkor Wat), we would still return here the next time we’re...
Read moreI was travelling solo and just stayed at Naga Gate. They did send a tuk tuk for airport pick up at no charge as advertised. The property is a bit removed and not In the greatest area. I opted to pay extra and include breakfast which I did not end up using since food was not good. The tv in room did not work and I had to ask numerous times for someone to fix it. When I went to check out they told me the credit card machine was not working and wanted me to pay in cash which I did not have. I kept waiting while they said they were fixing it and told them it was getting g close to my flight and I had to leave. They kept demanding cash. I explained again I did not have cash to pay 4 night stay and was paying by card. Suddenly the machine was working. They said it was free tuk tuk to airport but when i arrived the driver told me I owed $8. I told him no that it was included and he called airport security after me! At this point I was late for my flight and so annoyed that I paid the money. I will never stay...
