Came here from a trip: Cambodia tour from Saigon. Big and grand hallway with stairs, which has so much potential, yet looks a bit run down. There’s only 1 elevator available and it’s quite small, won’t be ideal for people with lots of/heavy luggages or older people.
Comparing to the BEAUTIFUL photos of the rooms from 2-3 yrs ago, the room now looks old, mirror at the minibar have stains, bathroom has hinges and holes that aren’t covered, etc. This ain’t 4-star standard hahaha. You can look at Novotel by ACCOR to compare.
C’mon guys I know you can do better. One of the most ridiculous thing to point out is the free tea bags that were being offered to us at the mini bar. I don’t know whether I should laugh or cry about it. God knows when these were put in or expired? Anyhow anywho, at this rate, 2-star or close to 3 at best.

The gym here is absolutely awful, its almost like they had a small spare roomz they put some weights, a treadmill, a dip bar and bench press and called it a day, it is a very bad gym in my opinion, though the pool and everything else was amazing, but I don't recommend visiting here, as the lights flicker, it seems a little haunted and again the atmosphere in come places...
Read moreThis hotel was the favourite of all the hotels we stayed in in Vietnam and Cambodia. The staff are fantastic, the rooms are really lovely and they were very clean and the meals were very good. We enjoyed relaxing by the pool and when we sat in the huge lobby a staff member would immediately bring a cooling fan over to us. There was always a small fleet of tuk tuks outside the hotel to take you into town as it was too far to walk. |If we were to return to Cambodia we would definitely pick this hotel again. Thank you for our wonderful stay and thank you to such a caring, friendly, staff. |Akun Tom Tom and Lee Li...
