Worst hotel experience I've ever had! 1. For a "Villa", there was no common/large-size refrigerator and no gas for the gas stove. 2. No utensils and if we wanted some, we had to give them an additional $50 on top of our $200+ rate per night! 3. The "Villa" was incredibly dirty: floor was full of dirt, backyard looked like a horror scene, and the whole house especially bathrooms were very smelly. 4. The "Villa" was worn out/run down. There were cracks at edges of rooms and the drainages for bathrooms were open and full of slimes. 5. The bathroom fridges were old and leaking. Overall, a terrible experience! Would never recommend this place to anyone. Don't know about other people's experiences but mine was horrendous!

A four stars hotel in Siem Reap, it’s located a bit out of town but close to the temple entrance ticket booth, and a local night market with variety of local foods and shops. The room was fine. The hotel a huge swimming pool but it’s crowded during our stay. Foods were okay. Friendly staffs and good services. The hotel is good for family.

This is a 4 stars hotel with many things to improve such as bathroom to maintenance and cleanliness in bathroom and standard of services. Anyway, their room is huge enough for family and their swimming pool also great and their location also fine.

I booked this hotel based on reviews and how many stars it had. After staying 4 days here it definitely is not worth the 4 stars, I would give it a 2 or 3 the most and that's being nice. We first arrived to the hotel early morning and they didn't have any rooms available which was fine, so me and my boyfriend went out for the day coming back at 4:00pm well after check in time. When coming back we had both wanted to shower before heading back out for dinner and the shower wasn't working. What I mean by that was it literally had no water coming out, so we had called the front desk and they asked if we were sure. After 5 minutes on the phone we started to hear the water pipes working, which was a good sign however then the water was ice cold. Then after mentioning the water was cold to the front desk people they said are you sure you put the water on hot.... This is not the first time it happened, it also happened on our third day and the manager on site said oh we shut off the water, it should take an hour for it to heat up. I'm not sure why they do that but if you have guests you want to ensure your guests have at least a warm shower in the morning. ||The bathroom was also really dirty had mould everywhere and I don't think the cleaners actually wipe anything down. We had called the front desk many times on how dirty it was and it wasn't until the third day they had moved us to a different room.||Overall experience was not good at ALL, everytime we called the front desk they had questioned us and said they would send someone up to look. But would never send someone up and the cleanliness is by far the most disgusting. I've stayed at 3 to 4 stars that were...

Have spent the past two weeks traveling throughout Thailand and Cambodia. This BY FAR was one of the worst hotels during that time. ||||1. Agoda ranks the hotel as a 5 Star and it is far from it. At best it is 2.5 stars. ||||2. The hotel reception desk couldn't understand most of our questions and concerns. Their English made it incredibly difficult to communicate about even the simplest concerns such as tuk tuk prices to town/Angkor Wat, printing boarding passes, or where the fitness center was in the hotel.||||3. Went to the fitness center intending to work out. While they have a lot of equipment, the smell of mold was so strong that I was worried about staying in the room for an extended period to do weights and cardio. ||||4. Most reviews I read said that hotels in Siem Reap could help you with booking tours or a tuk tuk for Angkor Wat. The receptionist pointed to a shelf with 5 brochures. She had no advice nor information. ||||5. The breakfast fruit had flies swarming and by 9 AM most of the food was gone with only a few options. ||||6. The bathroom had mold. ||||7. The shower doesn't drain well...water was all throughout the bathroom...by the time we finished a shower every day there was less water on the shower floor than on the main bathroom floor. ||||8. Water temperature wasn't always warm. ||||Visiting Siem Reap and Cambodia was great, but this hotel was frustrating and not...

Arrived in Siem Reap just before midnight and was picked up at the airport by the hotel shuttle and a very genial hotel representative. All smiles and warmth.||||Got to the hotel after midnight and checking-in could not have been easier and faster. Our tour the next few days always started early so we were glad that the hotel provided a sumptuous buffet that featured local dishes as well as the conventional continental fare.||||Although the tours taxed our stamina, we were always glad to go back "home" to the hotel. The staff went the extra mile offering their car and hotel staff to drive us (for free) to the town center for our dinner (they do not have taxis in Siem Reap) and then to the local grocery store after.||||There were some language barriers, as to be expected, but the staff was very patient in communicating with us.||||Our package included a spa massage that was very relaxing, especially after days of touring and walking under a blistering sun.||||If we have the chance to visit this wondrous place again, this hotel will...
