Brackley Beach North Winds — Hotel in Brackley Beach

I was greeted or not greeted so friendly , my Mom is in need of a wheel chair accessible bathroom , she needed a washroom right away and this huge lady waiting on us totally ignored that fact, when I made reservations i was told the accessible room was in the lobby area , lobby stunk and it was dirty, I was not feeling it with this huge sweaty woman because her lack of help was annoying so this tall lanky guy came out and I had an issue with my card and I needed an outlet to charge my phone to talk to the bank to figure out the prob , he could careless also , so by the dirty stinky lobby and unfriendly staff we left , they lost out of 2600 dollars( over charged us ) and we stayed else where for 1200 for 2 rooms n 4 days, so im happy I left and happy they never recieved my money and hardly anyone there aug 28 still prime vacation time but obviously they are not doing well and my prediction they never will if they continue with the staff they have horrible experience for my elderly mother n my grandson n family , would not recommend this place and I feel bad for the owners who lost out on business because...

I gave “Service” five stars means the receptionist seems nice. However, the receptionist is only available between 8:00am to 10:00 pm. And the breakfast is not a real breakfast. The inn just provides tea, coffee and something else for you not to starve to death. This can’t be compared to Holiday Inn’s. I gave “Room” four stars because the room is clean and very big at this price. And we can see beautiful sceneries through windows. The only three things are that the room is a little bit dark during night time and it has the smell of sanitizing (even it does not make us uncomfortable) and the toilet does not work properly. I gave “Location” four stars because there is a great restaurant very near to the inn. However, there is no Walmart nor Super C nor IGA beside the inn. I saw some entertainments at the back of the inn, which I think these were child-friendly. I also saw a swimming pool and a spring pool (showed in pictures), which I think are nice. Reminder: No shampoo nor conditioner nor body wash in the washroom. You need to bring your own if you want. The overall rating for Brackley Beach North Winds is...

If 0 stars were an option, I would have chosen that. My family and I didn't even make it into our rooms due to such poor customer service, Serena and Thomas were the 2 we dealt with upon arrival. It was my Grandmother (whom is in a wheelchair), my mom, my aunt, my son and I who booked 2 rooms to stay there. I arrived shortly after my mom, so she was already checking in to get our keys. I went inside to see how it was going, and the problems started from there... we were paying over $2.5K for our 4 day stay, so you would think they would have treated us a bit better, but straight off the bat it was mean looks and horrible attitude. We were having some issues with the Visa we were using so my mom was on the phone trying to figure it out. THEN once my mom asked where a plug is at to charge her phone at it was about to die, while trying to get the money to clear for our stay, Thomas says to us "Look around for yourself" and laughs at us. I have never felt more unwelcomed anywhere in my life than I did at the Northwinds, I highly recommend trying somewhere else as the staff are less...
