Deckers Dairy Bar & Grill Brackley — Restaurant in Brackley Beach

Today I had a terrible day! One where all things that could go wrong, did in fact go wrong! After crying all day I decided to venture out and get some ice cream therapy. Expecting that I would yet be disappointed as that's how today went, I wasn't expecting anything outstanding.... at the counter i was pleasantly greeted and that girl was fantastic! Personable, friendly and efficient. When my order was ready, i took it to my car at sat and ate while listening to music overlooking the water below! Let me tell you........ what i got was the BEST ice cream nachos I've ever had! They were perfection! Not only were the nachos perfectly cooked and warm but the ice cream, caramel and skor ratios were spot on perfect! Somehow this made me even more emotional as I felt like it had been the first sign of my day turning around. I grabbed a 20 dollar bill out of my purse and went back to the window. The girl who made my nachos Nicole humbly came to the window after I asked who made them and I proceeded to praise her nachos and handed her the 20 bucks. I know this seems really silly to think that ice cream could change someone's day for the better but it really did! It could've gone the other way so easily! Thank you Nicole and thank you to the girl at the window for truly making my day! My only regret is that I didn't hand another 20 to the window girl, but i will remember her for next time! ;) Great team...

Called to place a order for pick up, the young girl I spoke with had repeated my order back to me.

Called to add an additional order to my previous one, and she had repeated back the order that I had just placed five minutes previous.

Get there to pick my order up and I had to wait 15 minutes for the orders that both had been placed 10 minutes prior leaving Charlottetown.

Did not think to check the order when it was handed to me as she had already repeated it back 3 times. Took my order and headed out to campsite where I was staying. 25 minutes away.

Get there, super excited to try a well talked about place to eat, open our meals and not one meal was correct.

I called back to let the girl working know and to let her know that the money that was spent on the food had just gone to waste because the meals were totally wrong, it was very frustrating when she answered with oh what was that order... if you want to come back we can replace the order.. instead of listening to me telling her I was already near half hour away, and was not driving back to replace food that should have been right the first go around.

Nothing else was offered to be done to fix the issue nor was the girl apologetic to the fact a hefty amount of money was just wasted on the order she did not take down properly because of how poorly staffed this place is.

Save yourself $75 and go to Shirley's...

We were so disappointed with our trip to the Brackley location on Sunday evening. We often visit the Cornwall location, and stopped in toBrackley while in the area, though neither location will recieve our business again.

We ordered two LARGE hot fudge sundaes. My Husband ordered and walked them back to the car, I was shocked at the size as I typically order a medium and the ice cream in front of me was smaller than what I would have expected from a medium sized, and there was next to no fudge in the cup. Husband returned to the window and expressed his disappointment over the size and lack of topping. He was told by the young employee that it melts to the side, Husband proceeded to show him that there was barely anything there, and asked for them to be remade properly. The sundaes were taken from him and then returned with a drizzle of topping. The photos attached are what he was handed after more topping was added to the disappointing sundaes.

The front of the building smelled so horrendously of garbage that I couldn't stomach standing to wait and chose to wait in our vehicle away from the bins. Such a disappointing ice...
