I thought I lost my phone on the peak to peak chairlift when I got to the top and my pocket was wide open and phone was gone. When I told the chairlift operator about the situation, they were prompt with contacting their team and working on finding my phone. I was prepared to never see it again as I left the mountain. Shockingly, I was told my phone was found the next morning by someone on the team! I couldn’t believe my luck! Thank you Grouse Mountain crew!!

We visited the mountain with a family of four and paid 210 C$. It was not worth the money. There were no activities for children open at the top and there was construction going on everywhere to prepare for the ski season. We were very disappointed :-(

Almost $200 price hike for a Y2Play pass. That’s a great way to treat loyalty, especially after such a poor snow season. Also the runs are terribly groomed.

80$ for one person in summer is crazy price. Wanted to show Grouse and Goat Ridge to my friend from abroad while avoiding Grind but views and activities are not worth it. For that price I can go to Joffre Lake and have some dinner in Whistler...

Btw: last time I was using gondola it was in winter and ticket was 60$...

Had a phone call to deal with my login problem, and the female representative KINDLY told me she could help book a ticket. However, she DID NOT mention that booking by phone would incur an extra CAD $5 charge! Charging customers an undisclosed fee goes against fair business practices and should be rectified...
