Super rude staff. Served so slowly, Blame the customer. They don’t call your name after ready for your drink. A lady who is wearing glasses’s service is so bad. I did mobile order and I waited for a while, but my name was never called. After a while, the drink with my name on it was already there and I took it. And then other guest was waiting for finish making her drink. My order and her drink was the same one. She talked to that rude staff and a lady said your drink was served. But it was mine. At that time, the rude staff said to her “He took your drink without permission”. But I took my ordered drink and that was on my name. That was her mistake, but she didn’t apologize me. So ridiculous attitude, she should make more effort and learn about “customer service”. Worst experience I’ve ever had...

I waited for 13min+. Standing by the mostly empty counter by the barista. Waiting patiently for her to fill my empty water bottle. There were 4 staff working, with nobody at the line over half the time while I was there. During the time I waited, the staff made 2 wrong drinks, poured them down the drain close to me; yeh… that’s after customers said that’s not what they ordered.

Most Starbucks cafes nearby (within 10km) that my cycling groups have visited, welcome and happy to see us, even though we might only order coffee or pastry; or none at all.

All in all, the staff needs like a cheerleader and a coordinator to rein in the quality...

I’m usually here at the weekend after doing the Grind or BCMC in a morning. It’s almost always busy at those times and a nice atmosphere with all the people there to hike, go up the gondola or ski. Despite the crowds, the service is usually fast and my order is accurate. I did however have a hiccup today (Monday 13th November) when the order taker looked like he really couldn’t care, my order was wrong and when I asked for it to be fixed (add milk….that was all) I had half my drink poured out and ended up with cold milky coffee.
