Cardinal Motel — Hotel in Severn

We were on our way home from a cottage and stopped at this gas station/motel and the sign said washroom for customers only so I went in and asked to use the washroom and the owner said paying customers only so I said I'm going to buy something but I just need to use the washroom first and replied with no buy first, so I did. THEN he gave me 7 square sheets of toilet paper and refused to give me anymore. I begged him as that's NOT enough, I'm a woman and shouldn't have to explain how much I need. I reported him to Health and Safety. If you visit here please be aware that they have a legal obligation to provide toilet paper in the bathroom and can't just ration it out like that. CANT BELIEVE WHAT HAPPENED, went in with my three year old who desperately needed to pee, was told the washrooms were not for public. Knowing my three year old couldn't hold it, I took him outside. After he had already started peeling the man came outside and yelled at me telling me my three year old had to leave and stop. Biting my tongue, I then brought him OFF property so he could continue going to the washroom. The man then grabbed a camera and started video taping my child naked and exposed. This is the worst place to stop over. I would rate this lower than -100 star if I can.

My wife and I stopped over and she desperately needed to pee. We had to argue with the lady behind the counter before she let us use the washroom. I bought something eventually but from a fridge that's been unplugged. All the drinks are warm. When we came out the person, who I assumed was the husband of the lady behind the counter, stood with his hands in " ready to fight" position.
