We drive by Webers located in Orillia every year when we go to see the Fall colours. There's always a long lineup but this time we decided to go see what the hype is about! YOLO!!! I would like to point out their ordering process so if you read this review, you will have an idea what to expect. We were approached quickly by an order taker while we were waiting in line. After our order was taken, we were handed our order slip. Not long after, another person came to collect the payment. We were pleased to see the line moved quickly. Once we entered the building, we saw at least 8 staff working in an open and organized kitchen. There is not much interaction between the staff and the customers, similar to going to a fast food chain, you simply collect your order and leave the premise. After we got our food, we were blown away to see what the owner of Weber has to offer. There are a few detached train cabins sitting on the well maintained lot. One of the cabin was an enclosed seating area, the other is a gender specific washroom. There is also ample outdoor seating with muskoka chairs and picnic tables. I will absolutely recommend families traveling with young and old to go there for a stretch. The price and quality of Weber burger is exceptionally reasonable and tasty. The cleanliness is superb considering it is a high traffic facility. It is a must to try! I will recommend Weber to consider adding a paid gourmet choice of dressing for the burger. Other than that, Weber has provided an above and beyond location for all travelers and definitely a gem on Highway 11. Thank you very much!!!

Essential Pit Stop on your drive to Muskoka! First off, they make it incredibly convenient with parking available on both sides of the highway, and for southbound travelers, there's a handy pedestrian bridge to avoid the busy road. Their ordering system is efficient; a friendly staff member takes your order, calculates the cost inside, and returns for payment (cash or debit only, no credit cards). The best part? Your burger is ready with all the toppings by the time you reach the counter. Now, about the food - we opted for the double cheesburgers, and they were good, nothing special, just your classic cheesburger. The classic toppings like mustard, ketchup, tomatoes, onions, and pickles were fresh and added the perfect touch. And don't get me started on the fries; they were a delightful side. Don't forget to ask for a bbq powder for your fries! What sets this place apart is its atmosphere. You can choose to dine outdoors amidst pleasant surroundings or step back in time by eating inside a charming old train car. Oh, and there's a Starbucks besides the burger joint, and of course, let's not forget the restrooms - they were spotlessly clean, and the interior is divine! Follow @tinalingeats on Instagram for more food reviews :) Price: $7.50 double cheeseburger, $4.50 fries . . . . #foodie #foodvlog #foodreview #mississauga #toronto #Orillia #ontario #tinalingeats #foodblogger #FoodieLife #burger

I appreciated the great service when I recently visited. The order taker guy in the line up was real friendly and efficient. The staff wearing uniforms and the Weber's hats really conveys a 50s vibe, which I found awesome. The service was also really fast. Thank you kindly for this. The last time I visited was probably 20 or so years ago. Here is some honest feedback to the owner/operators of this business regarding the quality of the product: 1) Hamburger buns are too "fluffy" and not toasted/heated enough on the grill (just look at the photos other's have provided). My burger tasted like I was eating a little meat with an excess of dry bread. 2) Change you hamburger patty supplier (or fix the recipe if they are homemade). There is nothing there in terms of unique taste. The patties are so bland and unseasoned, and don't even "drip" with any juice. Not normal. I appreciate the prices, but there are pattie suppliers which make superior tasting product. The burger I was served was really plain tasting. Surprisingly, there was a hint of pink indicating it wasn't even cooked properly! I was too lazy to cross the bridge again to complain, so I just took my chances and ate it. The rave burger reviews from other people only indicate to me that they are either from millenials who don't know much, and or people who aren't familiar with how burgers taste in other classic burger joints. That's all folks, and see you in another 20 years (if I am still alive).

Weber's is a very popular rest stop to/from cottage country as evidenced by the long lineups every single time we drive by. Despite the long lines, the wait is quite reasonable as the staff are very efficient. While you wait in line, staff come out to take your order and payment and once you get to the front, you can watch as they prepare your meal. There is a pedestrian bridge over the highway so that you can stop here whether you are traveling in either direction. They have some neat trains that you can use to dine-in, or if the weather is nice, there is plenty of outdoor space, including picnic tables, to enjoy the sun. Price is reasonable and service was fast given the long lines, but frankly, I was a bit disappointed with the food. Having heard how great this place was, I was looking forward to some delicious food. It turned out to be ok. It wasn't terrible, but neither was it good. The burgers were bland and the poutine was luke warm. The gravy should be hot enough to melt the cheese curds, but they were still cool from the fridge. Lots of free parking on either side of the highway, and bathrooms are fairly clean, especially considering the number of people that pass through. It's convenient and right off the highway, so if that's what you're looking for, this will do the job, but if you're looking for something a little tastier, there are better choices available.

NOT HYGIENIC. READ!!! I heard about Webers from many people and decided since I'm passing it by to check it out for myself. I don't really have complaints against the food except I think they could improve the tasteless bun. What I had a HUGE problem with is that number one the guy who was grilling the burgers reaches out in the fridge and placed raw patties on the grill with no gloves and crinkled the wax paper that was on the patty!!! With those same hands he grabbed buns and passed it with the cooked patty now to the girl that was assembling the burger. This process repeated over and over. He was basically touching raw meat and buns at the same time plus cheese if people wanted cheese on top. Secondly the girl that was putting topping on the burger had NO GLOVES. And although I assume her hands were clean or at least I really hope so it was still very unsettling to see another person touch your food with bare hands. Overall food quality is fine but for the reason how unsanitary it was I wont likely to come back nor recommend it to anyone unless I see they improved this matter and obligated employees to wear gloves.

Whether you're headed up North for a sceneic getaway with friends/family, or passing Orillia on highway 11, Webers is THE spot to dine at! Not only is the food surprisingly cheap, the customer service by the workers make it a great place to dine whilst passing though. Their system is: when you're waiting in line, workers (who are both friendly and knowledgeable about the menu) assist with ordering your meal, this way when you enter into the cooking area, your food is already ordered and paid for! The wait for the food wasn't long at all, which made this a great spot to have a nice meal. The use of "recycled" train carriages transformed into a nice burger joint vibe where you can sit and eat at is so beyond cool! The washrooms were also very clean and spacious. I had ordered the double patty cheeseburger with fries for a relatively decent price and although it wasn't the best burger I've had, it still was cooked to my liking. Thanks to the hard working staff that made it! I'd absolutely recommend checking out Weber's, whether you're new in town, or passing by for a roadtrip. It's decent!
