However, it’s worth mentioning that there seems to be a slightly high turnover rate among the staff. While the dedication and service remain top-notch, it would be even more enjoyable to see familiar faces during each visit. While the majority of my visits have been delightful, there have been a few occasions where the cream has been less than satisfactory. I’ve been consistently going to this location for the past 4 years because I live in the area and recently I’ve received the worst customer service (speaking from someone who’s also worked and is part of management in the customer service industry). Some of the staff act like they don’t have the time of day for you (whether it’s busy or not) and rush you through where you order in the drive thru and don’t give me the chance to correct what they’ve repeated back incorrectly or not letting me finish saying the rest of my order.
The other day they repeated the order back and I told them it was incorrect and corrected them. I get to the window and they still try to hand me the incorrect drink and the one lady walks over to the window and tries to tell me this is exactly what I ordered while giving me attitude. Keep in mind I was not rude or snarky because I know what it’s like to deal with customers who are such but I still received dirty looks even though I just asked for my correct order. Even actually today when I went through the drivethru I received dirty looks I guess they remember me or maybe this is how they treat all their customers?
I’ve also received an iced capp about a month or 2 ago that had a broken coffee stirrer inside which I didn’t notice until I was more than half done my drink. Then again accidents do happen but that’s a little concerning considering what would’ve happened if I didn’t notice and choked or if a younger child had something like that in their drink?

They have messed my order up 3 times in a row now .. my food was butchered to the point I didn’t eat it because multiple items were thrown on it that were not supposed to be on it . Owners need to step up and fix their problems . I’m sick and tired of ordering food and paying for it then when I got home and checked it , it was so poorly made I didn’t eat it and they refused to fix the problem . I don’t think the owner understands it cost gas and money and time to drive there and pay for food that is not what you ordered … today I was told after about 75$ I spent on different meals not including my gas and time that they would not fix the problem. I’m outraged I’ve order sandwich’s and soup that was not fit for a person to eat and they refused to make it right . They refunded my money for one meal that was messed up . Clearly this is not just an issue for me as I can see there are many negative reviews written here . My chilli was brown water in a cup and each one of my other orders were completely messed up . I went in to speak with management and of course no one ever got back to me . When I spoke to the owner all he wanted was to give me a lousy 25$ gift card which doesn’t even pay for one of the orders they messed up for me … considering there were four different occasions with multiple items messed up … ie different items thrown in and items missing .
