Edit- unfortunately it was very clear that the blocking of the barrier was done deliberately. The blocking of the walkway was done immediately after I used it, and there was no car at such stated in your response as I was there the entire time it was happening. I should also mention that a car cannot fit on that walkway.. It’s not about the Airbnb stating that there are stairs. It’s about the deliberate blocking seen in the photos. It’s not the fact that there was no accessibility. It’s how it was handled. We felt uncomfortable. Also, your Airbnb ad reads 10-10 and we double checked before making this review. We can see your Google states 10-6 but we went off the air b and b add at the time as that’s where our booking was placed. We were unaware of the Google times. Your response honestly makes us feel gaslighted, and we would hope that you would take us seriously for future guests. It’s small things like this that really matter when you’re running an Airbnb and it made us extremely uncomfortable. We hope you can do better in the future as hosts. Stayed a couple weekends ago. The property is nice and the cabin is lovely. No complaints there. However the office hours state 10-10 and at 8:30 pm it was very hard to get any kind of service. We were trying to order a propane fire which is listed on the air b&b listing but we essentially had to bed for it. Also concerning for people like me with a disability: There’s no accessible ramp and I require a wagon to carry my belongings. When I walked around to the other side of the building that had an accessible walkway, (mind you there were no signs saying I wasn’t able to walk there) the property owner very angerly blocked the path after I used it. It was really uncomfortable for us. We wish they just came to speak to us. I provided photos of the blocked walk way and the stairs I was made to lift the wagon up and down afterward. Very awkward for guests. We just wished they spoke to us instead of doing this

This campsite has the best WiFi I've ever seen at any campground around the world. Truly amazing. Voip calls, HD video, YouTube, no problem at all. Even at prime time in the evening. And it's free. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Campsites are beautiful. Really hadn't expected this when coming from the main road. It's a small hidden gravel road on a dead end turn from the highway. There are some nice forest trails to walk on accross the road. Free clean large decent hot showers and restrooms. There's pretty much no noise from the street. Only music from fellow campers which is a shame of the tranquility this place brings but they obey the 10.30 pm music off rule pretty well. The price of staying here is a bit high but what you get is well worth it and way better than the average campsite in this neighborhood. It has been renamed to MTN Fun campground by the way. Visa and MasterCard are accepted, AmEx isn't. Firewood 10$ per bundle. Would be nice if they would add a small playground for kids.

Friendly welcome at the office. Free showers, laundry (plus tumble drying) is $10. Sites do not have much privacy, but they are in a nice location (forest next to a cliff). Depending on the campsite, you’ll hear more or less of the nearby highway. This felt like a good campground that could be easily improved to be „great“. Mostly, I want to heavily criticize the outdoor sink (see pics). The soapy water is drained straight into the earth. Not good as most people won’t use biodegradable soap. No roof, so the tray is constantly covered in needles and leaves. But most importantly and surprisingly, they know that a bear has found this as a food source, and choose to just put up a sign? Bad bear awareness/responsibility in general — people are not reminded to leave their campsite bare of any scented items. This is asking for a future bear issue. As I just camped a lot in Jasper NP, this immediately raised my attention.

This was by far the worst camping experience I've ever had—and I've been to a lot of campsites. First off, the staff are extremely rude and dishonest. They make up fake reasons to charge your card without your permission or any proof. If you're thinking of giving them your credit card info for booking—DON’T. That’s how they get you.||Definitely not a site for tents — the entire ground is just uneven rocks and gravel. There’s nowhere flat or soft enough to pitch a tent properly. Bring extra padding if you’re brave (or foolish) enough to try sleeping here, because you’ll feel every rock in your back. Honestly, it’s like they never intended anyone to actually camp here. Make sure you bring at least 4 layers of 10mil tarp just to have a fighting chance at sleeping without injury.||The place is a total mess. Garbage is piled up everywhere, attracting rats and even bears at night. It’s loud, chaotic, and not at all safe, especially if you’re traveling with kids or want a peaceful stay. The restrooms were disgusting—filthy floors, overflowing trash, and no hand soap the entire 3 days I was there. Clearly, nobody is maintaining this place.||There are no staff around most of the time, and when you do manage to find someone, they either ignore you or try to twist policies just to hit you with more fees. And if you're booking with friends or reserving more than one campsite? Big mistake. They’ll find every excuse to overcharge you or cancel your reservation last minute, claiming some vague “policy violation.”||Save yourself the frustration, money, and potential health hazard. This place is a scam, not a campsite. Never...

I have seen Jas Fung’s review on google, as she stated, that you, Cam, have rudely treated her as well as charged her money for leaving the campsite with an unreasonable suspicion. She was charged for leaving late by few minutes and was immediately charged without her consent. You withdrew her money out of her credit card, and that is an illegal offence in which is unacceptable.

Your reply was impolite when pointing out her behaviours. I strongly believe that YOUR behaviour is egotistical and does not represent basic manner as a human, your points were inadequate and hardly show any evidence of your customer breaking any rules. Instead of spreading truth, you decided to spread misinformation to make Jas Fung feel like she is wrong. Her vital information showcased her unpleasant experience and I totally support her, a customer should not be treated like that. Absolutely disgusting act and ultimately, unprofessional. She also mentioned she was treated differently, it could be that your staff members are racist, or discriminates different people. She paid the same price but was served without manner when compared to other guests.

I planned to go on a camping trip with 6 families. However, with this experience. I would go to PARADISE VALLEY CAMPGROUNDS, instead. This should be the reason why their customers have dwindle over the past month.

Disgusted when knowing the truth. What a bad image you showed others as a Canadian. Letting us down as Canadians, horrible. Your manners should be revised,...
