Cabañas - Hostal Augusto Grosse — Hotel in Cisnes

Well, we arrived in Puyuhuapi (and I must say is beauriful) and arrived a little late, and we meet our hosts.|They were absolutely welcoming us, answering all the questions, helping us all the time, I would need 2 pages to describe how nice they are, so just believe me, if you don't love them is definitively you are problem.|The house is very nice and rustic, you have all the things you need, the hot water works without any problem, you have a small chimney to heat the place, so you really feel the southern vibe.|In the capital everybody always say that the people from the south are the nicest, well the people of the south probably say that this one are the nicest, because everyone helps you, talks to you in the street, the workers say hello to you and even people that was fixing the street would stop to say hi to your car while you pass.|So yes...this feels like time far from home.|Now the cat and the dog, if you love pets, you will melt for this ones, the car was all the time climbing me and laying on my legs and hiding his face in my arms ( we to me and the other 4 people here) and the dog will give you this old dog wise look and come closer for you to pet him. |Absolutely magnificent...nd we stayed only 3 nights (and inly 1 truly full day)|I could ad so much more, but is hard to explain, just come here...

Absolutely amazing. Ended up staying an extra three nights because we enjoyed the cabin and Puyuhuapi so much. Great kitchen and good supermarket in town, preparing meals here has been cozy and wonderful. The attention to detail in the cabin and on the property is stunning - fine carpentry, beautiful gardening, hand made furniture and a wood shop on site make for an extremely unique and comfortable experience, all at a great value. Laundry service provided as well! Could happily live in this cabin and this wonderful...

While car camping, we encountered torrential rain and decided to take shelter at this hostel - absolutely enjoyed our stay! Hosts were super friendly and helpful and speak a bit of english (we tried speaking spanish too). Had the place to ourselves for the night but very comfortable regardless of company. Wood fired stove for heat, gas cook stove, hot water, 2 bathrooms, clean and comfortable. We were also greeted by an adorable cat sitting on the chair by the front door outside. Would...
