I had the pleasure of staying in this family run hotel on three separate occasions whilst exploring Chilean Patagonia north and south of Coyhaique. It is a charming establishment with a welcoming and homely atmosphere. The rooms are spotlessly clean, warm, well appointed and we had nice views. The common areas and restaurant are also delightful and breakfast and dinner on site did not disappoint. It was lovely to be greeted by friendly hosts each time we returned and all staff were helpful and attentive. I really liked being able to serve myself a cup of tea in the lounge and the owner even noticed that I preferred a large cup and went out of his way to provide one without me having to ask. Read moreWonderful bed and breakfast with relaxed wooden decor. I stayed there for 5 nights across a month. The staff were very helpful (make sure you come with some Spanish translation tools). The hotel is located in a quieter area opposite a beautiful park, but still a 10 min walk from the plaza.
A few things to note: There is a paid laundry service where you can drop off your laundry in the morning and pick up in the evening. It’s possible to order eggs at breakfast but you might have to ask. A wonderful view of a canyon and the Reserva on the other side. Good food in the mornings. A very pleasant common area to sit, read, write, talk. Comfortable rooms.
