To start - the rooms are lovely, the linens are great, the shower hot and powerful and the shampoos are lovely smelling of lavender!
The hotel is a home that has been converted into a hotel. The main appeal is the rustic outside and the beautiful living room vibe.
My friend and I stayed for a night; we chose the place because of the location and price and the statement of an “authentic Patagonian breakfast”. I’m not from Chile so not sure what that means - however, the breakfast did not really have anything specific to Patagonia.
See pictures. Store bought, sugar filled juice and jams. We were excited to experience some of the local flavors and u fortunately were unpleasantly surprised with a typical American / standard breakfast.
During breakfast the staff were playing pop Justin Bieber music that just doesn’t coincide with the “pura” ethos of the place.
The staff were lovely but just would recommend that the hotel look into their values on their website and match their practices with their marketing. Music, food, etc.
On another occasion we stayed at a Patagonia House - which does it great! More pricey but definitely a more authentic...
