Hotel Empresarial — Hotel in Los Ángeles

I stayed in this 'hotel' for two nights with my family on the way between Santiago and Patagonia and we were not really impressed by the rooms with bunk beds, the lack of heating or the numerous short circuits which occurred after an improvised heater was finally installed. On top of this, our booking, which was done through booking.com got lost somehow and the staff didn't admit their mistake, told us the cabin we had booked was already occupied and suggested we pay an additional 34 USD to get two rooms with the same comfort (en suite bathroom) as we had booked. We obviously opted to not accept this 'deal' and had to use a shared bathroom despite the fact that we had booked and paid for a private one. No volvería, concuerdo con muchos comentarios de que el cobro es como de hotel sin embargo, hospedaje sería un mejor termino. Parto desde el aseo de la pieza, muy malo, encontrando pelos de otras personas entre la cama y el muro, respecto al baño ni si quiera voy a dar detalles. Mi pieza no tenía cortina en la ventana que da al exterior por lo que toda la noche recibí luz desde afuera. Se escucha absolutamente todo lo que hacen en otras piezas. La ducha pierde total presión, me imagino al momento que otras personas de duchan por lo que sale agua fría. La bajada de cama tuve que sacarla por qué se pegaba a lo que lo tocara. Para el precio es realmente inaceptable, y no puedo creer que gente lo califique con 5 estrellas, espero nunca tener que volver por tema laboral...
