We had very high expectations on this site, but unfortunately, we left with a poor experience. We made a reservation for the restaurant, receptionist was very nice, even they send us the menu in advance so we can decide on our way there. As we arrived, parking was really crowded and very unorganized. We get our table, and the service let us know that some of the dishes weren't available...and guess what, our both options were just gone!! We receive the menu, and.. surprise! Was a different one!! So we take some time to decide and when we asked for our order, service explained again that our new choice, that were on the new menu... wasn't also available either!! At that point, regardless the nice view and everything else, no matter how good can be appears a restaurant, if they don't provide good food, even the one they put into the menu...it's done. Sadly, very poor experience. So, we left the place and go to a better option for lunch: La loba Slow food, just a couple of...
Read moreGreat place! The hotel is very good, staff very gentle, polite, proactive. They have several activities for the people staying there, like surfing, climbing, skating, and others.
It is a great place to go with friends, family, kids, work, etc. Important to mention that they have classes for all those activities and the sea/beach is part of the World Surf League. Everything is great about this place. The rooms are incredible and have a direct view to the ocean, large rooms, showers very good.
The food (breakfast, lunch, dinner) was great and with several options. They also had many drink options. One super cool tour that they have is a visit to a brewery named Viejo Lobo, five minutes walk by foot. If you are going to the hotel, make sure to ask them about this visit, because it is great.
If I have the chance, I will go back there because there are many things to do and see and...
Read moreStopped here for lunch and a few drinks.. Super location and amazing view but appalling service. The staff were friendly but they were so disorganised, no one was managing them or showing any sort of leadership. We had to ask for everything once or twice- menus, drink refills, food etc. Actually we went to the bar and got our own menus because the menus never came. The first round of drinks and entrees took so long that we didn’t stay for mains. Also the food was average. What was even more annoying was when other guests arrived , they were promptly given bread and pebre with their first drinks (standard practice in Chilean restaurants). Super disappointed. I’d recommend the place over the road with the...
