So the room I stayed in which had one big bed, TV and shelf was very cozy and clean. However the bathroom sometimes looked a little neglected, however still okay and usable. The bins in there got emptied daily, which was good. Anyway what I didn't like, was that I had to ask for the key, WIFI also wasn't offered. I know I speak very little Spanish, but there's many methods of communicating with another person, even if there's a language barrier. The breakfast was efficient and the family overall very friendly. I had some interesting conversations with the man (whose name I unfortunately forgot). Even though I didn't understand much and also couldn't say much in return, it was nice he tried to explain some things about the area and asked questions about my home back. The location is okay, I didn't check that the house is on top of a hill and thus carried two heavy backpacks from the main bus terminal of Puerto Montt up. It took me 30 minutes. You can hear many dogs barking, some days more and some days less, but that's not the family's fault. Even if your room is on the same floor as them, they're being quiet and respectful so you...
Read more😊: The accommodation was family run with no 'staff' as such. The owner was very helpful and arranged trips for me for my two day stay at lower prices than advertised online but this may have been because they did not include the entry fees incurred. It was very good though, arriving one evening, to have the following days organised for me. This was the best aspect of my stay. As I went out early both mornings a take-away breakfast was left out for me. The room was comfortable.. 😢: It could have been a bit cleaner, There were crumbs on my floor and in the public space which were there from the first day to the last. (although this is maybe meant to be private space but you have to go through it to get to the bedrooms). I knew it would be a shared bathroom but thought that the family at least might have another one but there was just one for the family and...
Read more😊: The space is a family home, it is a room that does not have heating and for -4 degrees it is somewhat average, the bathroom is outside, bed comfort is acceptable. 😢: Let's start, you can't use the kitchen, it's a hostel, in addition, if you're a foreigner they charge you VAT, if not they tell you don't stay and that's it, the check-out time is at 11 am but it's not just leaving the room but also the accommodation making you stay on the street because the hotel is at 3 pm, and the energy of the two elderly people who attend is very negative, hot water did not come out at all, I would not...
