Hotel Hoja de Parra — Hotel in Santa Cruz

This is a beautiful family run hotel, we stayed here for 2 nights and loved every minute of it. - great wine region vibe. Camila, the receptionist, greeted us happily and provided everything we needed and then some. Daniela, one of the owners, was lovely to chat with and had great advice for our day trip to Viña Del Mar. The proximity to several of the wineries was fantastic, it was tranquil to be close to the city but far enough out where it was quiet. We had a rental car so it was easy to get from place to place but others at the hotel Uber’d too. The breakfast was incredible, lots to choose from (fresh homemade bread, fruits, meats, cheeses, cappuccino’s, etc. The pool is big and so refreshing. Would recommend this...

Decided on exploring Santa Cruz and the wineries and were lucky to find Hotel Hoja de Parra for our post cruise stay. Owner Daniela when above and beyond to book wineries and dining places that were varied and wonderful in they each unique way. Made our visit much easier to have her well planned itinerary. We traveled with friends and each had a large K bed room that was clean, well,provisioned and quiet minus some neighbor dogs. Our own on site dogs and staff were unobtrusive and added to feel of home. The property is secure, private and the pool refreshing. The current owners have been operating this inn for less than a year, but they're doing a great job. It's on the outskirts of Santa Cruz in a peaceful, atmospheric and attractive country setting. Rooms are comfortable and well furnished. The innkeeper is very friendly and helpful. Prices are good value for the area. The breakfast is one of the best I've ever had in Chile. Admittedly, there isn't much competition (Chilean breakfasts tend to be pretty monotonous and tasteless), but I think everyone will enjoy breakfast here.
