Excellent boutique hotel, tastefully decorated - good for either romantic getaway or for families. Loved having the on-site bar and restaurant, which had a large menu and was quite well prepared. Every day we enjoyed sunset with wine on the patio.||The amenities were great - two pools (one heated), pedal-powered go-carts, game room with pool and football, kids play area, access to a paddle court included. There were bikes, but the property wasn’t big enough to really make use of them and otherwise on a busy street with no shoulder and crazy drivers.||Breakfast was strong with fresh bread, pastries, made to order eggs, fresh fruit, fresh juice, meat and cheese. You can order to your room or eat in the restaurant or on the terrace.||We got the largest room type and had another bed added for a third person (was a real mattress). It still had space for a little table and two chairs also. Beds were comfortable, spacious bathroom. Mini fridge with drinks in the room. There is a unit for either heat or AC that worked well. The “jacuzzi” on the balcony is more of a bathtub that you need to fill up (takes awhile and not terribly hot). Toiletries were not great, considering bringing your own. No safe, but felt secure and no issue with leaving things in the room.||Overall we were so happy with our experience here. Very kind and helpful service from...
Read moreThis was a great little hotel for a trip to the Colchagua Valley! The first night we stayed there we stayed in one of the older rooms, which was definitely a little dated but still nice enough. On the second two nights we were able to move to one of the brand new rooms which are beautiful. They each have balconies overlooking the pool/vineyard and their own little hot tubs which were nice to relax in in the evenings. My husband and I are definitely planners, so we had all of our winery visits planned in advance, but if you aren't, Felipe is wonderful at setting that up for you (along with transportation). He actually looked at our itinerary and made a few changes. We were glad he did because one of our favorite wineries of the trip (Maquis) was one of the ones he added at the last minute. This hotel is also very close to two great restaurants, and not far from town. I highly recommend a stay here. We'd love...
Read moreWe loved our stay here, so peaceful and quiet – especially coming from the noise of Santiago. The staff was top-notch, every single person was happy to help, and if English is a concern there is always somewhere there who is fluent in English. The breakfast (included) was delicious and can be brought to your room for no extra charge or you can enjoy it on the beautiful vine-covered patio. The dinners were fantastic, especially when the chef was grilling outside (we loved the tuna & grilled mixed vegetables). The warm pool was close to 90 degrees F when we were in it on a sunny day with the glass doors closed. Definitely get the room with the bath on the deck, taking a hot bath on our deck while watching the stars sparkle over the vineyard was a highlight of our trip. Need to mention again how wonderful the...
