I recently stayed at the Radisson at Daxing Airport and overall, my experience was good but mixed in some aspects.The hotel stands out with exceptional cleanliness—everything was spotless and impeccably maintained, earning a perfect score from me. The modern and luxurious design of the rooms and facilities creates a very comfortable and upscale ambiance. A highlight was the complimentary minibar, which was a pleasant surprise and greatly appreciated. The reviews that the hotel is half-finished are not true for a recent state.However, the service varied significantly. While there was one very friendly and attentive staff member during breakfast, most other interactions were disappointing, with staff appearing uninterested or even annoyed. Additionally, the availability of well English-speaking staff was very limited, which made communication challenging at times.Regarding location, it's ideal if you have a flight via Daxing Airport due to its proximity. However, for travelers wishing to explore central Beijing, it's quite remote—about a 90-minute journey to downtown, making it somewhat inconvenient.In summary, if you're looking for comfort, cleanliness, and convenience to the airport, this hotel is a strong choice. Very nice hotel for a reasonable price.Super close to Daxing airport. Free shuttle buses to and from airport.Varied and well presented breakfast catering for Chinese and Western cuisine.Swimming pool and gym were both clean, large and well presented.My only real gripe was to do with the pool. Only reason I chose this hotel was after making sure it had a pool. On arrival no one said the pool was getting maintenance the following day and would be shut. I had intended to swim the next day. I went wandering and found the pool where I also found a sign explaining the next days closure.I then wanted to use the pool that night. Only to then be informed that I need a hat and goggles to use the pool (this should be made clear before booking anywhere with this silly hat regulation). I had goggles . Conveniently for themselves they sell ‘hats’ 156yuan! Crazy price!I went and complained about all this at the front desk and after some phone calls they reluctantly decided to let me borrow a hat so I could swim.Westerner winge over.Otherwise would...

We stayed at this hotel during a 15-hour layover in Beijing and overall had a good experience—we were able to rest well before our next flight. However, some aspects left mixed impressions. Pros: ✔ Comfortable rooms – clean, quiet, with cozy beds, allowing us to get proper sleep. ✔ Excellent breakfast – a wide variety of fresh and tasty dishes. Cons: ❌ Evening snack was included in the rate, but by 10:35 PM (with service until midnight), all the chafing dishes were empty, and the staff did not refill them. As a result, the only option left was broth with noodles—no rice or other choices. ❌ Airport shuttle made us wait 40 minutes, and no one answered our calls to the hotel, which added unnecessary stress after a long flight. The hotel is suitable for a short stopover, but the service could be more attentive, especially regarding food and shuttle arrangements. Hopefully, the management will take these points...
