Hilton Chongqing — Hotel in Chongqing

My husband and I had the best stay at Hilton Chongqing. We stayed in room 3205 for 14 days. We arrived around 8.30pm and William who checked us in upgraded our room to the executive floor because we were Hilton Gold members. He was so patient in answering my questions and responding in good English. I was impressed 🤩. Our room was on the same floor as the executive lounge which was very convenient for us. |The highlight was the executive lounge. Ms Cici, Ms Aileen Xiong and Ms Hanna were all very professional, efficient and so friendly. Never failed to greet us with a smile. Always so polite and respectful. Ms Cici made us special cocktails….what a wonderful treat. She is always so sweet and kind. I even had the opportunity to meet a friendly fellow…a little boy. He’s 7 years old and a little mischievous 😏 …. so cute!! |The buffet breakfast was delicious, being a gold member we were given a special treat. A plate of surprise and everyday is different. I want to thank a special person Mr Justin Zhou who made our morning routine so special. He remembers our coffee preference. The moment we get a table, Justin will bring our favorite coffee to us…he’s got great memory. He’s always so sweet and kind…always smiling and ready to help us. He even offered to arrange breakfast for us (take away) cause we had an early flight to catch the next day. There’s a waitress…an auntie with a shoulder length hair (Ms Weng niang niang) I hope i got her name correct , super friendly and always stops by to check on us. She’s like my little mama…always offering to get me more food. |Last but not least, I want to mentioned Ms Linda He from housekeeping who is in charge of cleaning our room. She is very fast and clean. She can clean our room, toilet and change the sheets in less than 20 minutes. I was really impressed with her efficiency and she’s super friendly too. |One word to describe our stay in Hilton Chongqing….EXCELLENT!! The hotel may be outdated but its facilities are in great working condition. All the employees are so friendly and professional. We had an amazing vacation 🥰. Once again, I want to thank William, Hanna (FO), Cici, Aileen (Executive lounge), Justin, auntie (Weng niang niang) with shoulder length hair (breakfast restaurant) and Linda (housekeeping)….a big big THANK YOU for making my stay a wonderful...
