KFC — Restaurant in Chongqing

We just arrived at Chongqing at 1pm and wanted to eat something, by looking at close restaurants there was KFC, i’ve been always been into fast food such as mcdonalds, burger king and kfc. You could order online or at the desk, ordering online had some advantages such as discounts for menu’s. We were 4 and took 4 menus of the basic chicken burger with large chips and coke. Very bad service. Definitely not a user friendly restaurant. We must order through application which only serve in Chinese character which is bery complicated for foreign customer to sign up. We asked the lady on the counter to help us put on our order. But she kept asking us to order through our phone. We waited for 15minutes but they can't be bother to help us.
