Hotel was great, more a business hotel, big room, new bed room slippers everyday, fluffy and white towels. Staff was efficient and waited for us to check in at 11 pm, when the rooms were only paid upon arrival. We had rooms with breakfast so that was a convenience. We had dinner at the hotel, food was good and it came in really big portion for just the 2 of us. Hotel is right outside the Russian street. But because we went during low peak season, the shops close early. But go down the street and turn right and you will find plenty of food stalls and eateries. Good location on the Russian Street. About 15/20 minutes walk from Dalian Railway station or the Dalian Railway station Subway.The carpets could do with some cleaning though.They want cash. Make sure you get a receipt and keep it. The receptionist asked me for money on checking out and I showed her the receipt as proof I have paid.P.S. Google map does not work in China.
