I stayed at the Pullman Forum twice in 2017 for a total of about 23 days. I do not write many reviews and believe in complaining when something is not right, and I can find nothing wrong with this hotel. It is an oasis in the middle of the city, adjacent to beautiful Qifeng Park, and every employee I encountered made me feel welcome. I had difficulty making my reservation online (because of my credit card), and Tina with reservations emailed me back and forth for two days until I had the reservation correct and billed properly. Wonderful restaurants and grounds make a very nice 'home' when away from home with staff that genuinely cares that your stay is satisfactory. PRO's: VPN based Wifi connection for unrestricted access to the internet very good located - low noise level clean and tidy, regular maintained! Great Service Big breakfast selection (including good coffee) several bars and restaurants inside and nearby the hotel
CON's: Thin walls - in between rooms - makes it problematic if noisy neighbours are present! City Center = a lot of traffic jams during rush hours (but as such not a problem of the hotel) Price Level of "western restaurant" is far too high (I recommend to take a 10 minutes walk to the locations nearby...

The suites are massive.... Like too big to fully enjoy in one night, massive.
Large master bedroom with adjoining lounge area and dining area. Huge bathroom with separate shower and tub leading to private patio with two giant spa tubs and an outdoor lounge area.
Functionally, this place is amazing. The decor is a bit dated, thought that may be by design and to me this place smells like the 60s. If your around 40 and your grandparents had a bar in their basement, you know what I mean.
