Stayed here on a business trip and the hotel was a log of contrasts. Room was quite large and bathroom okay but I can't say that the people who cleaned the room to great job. Breakfast is a hit and miss for an international hotel and the fact that you can only change US dollars or Euro at the hotel makes it seem like the international was put there without much thought. Had the buffet one night and it was exactly the same as the breakfast. Apart from some fried eggs and cocoa pops there is not a great deal there for the Westerner. Although most of the staff had difficulty speaking English they were friendly and helpful. The room was large and had everything we needed for one night. Read moreThe hotel is large. The lifts can get quite congested during peak times. Our floor 12 room smelt like cigarettes. Rooms were spacious. Beds were on the harder side. The shower needs a deep clean to remove the mould. Breakfast was yum cha. No western foods. There were a few cafes nearby by and Starbucks was the only cafe opened in the mornings.
