Arthur Hotel — Hotel in Guangzhou City

Beautiful hotel with super comfy bed and great amenities. Convenient location. A real laundry room and real gym. However, the true gem is the staff. They went above and beyond to give me a lovely stay. And when the hospital botched my nucleic acid test (by entering the wrong passport number), the manager and her colleague both walked me to a testing site in the community—and stayed with me through the process....

Hotel is good! Facility new. The onnlu problem is, that I requested non smoking room... Ones I entered the room, the smell of cigarettes were extremely strong. I asked for change, but no room available.The receptionist made me wait 30+minutes, while the stuff is "trying to solve the problem". Meaning spraying huge amount of air freshener. We were staying in the room with 2 beds but without window. The serves is very good, very friendly staff. Clean new rooms. In general everything was great. But coz we didn’t have a window the air in the room was too  humid, and had to air the room every once in a while.
