My recent experience was an unmitigated disaster, thanks to their atrocious customer service and convoluted payment policies.||Firstly, be prepared for a maze of 15 different policies regarding deposits, preauthorizations, and payments. It's like they want to confuse and frustrate you into submission. And don't even get me started on the "triple bogey" - a ridiculous policy that ensures you'll only receive a refund after 14 agonizing days.||But what really takes the cake is the hotel's customer service. Nonexistent, uncaring, and utterly unhelpful. They seem to take pride in ruining your trip, one bureaucratic hurdle at a time.||The entire experience was a masterclass in frustration, with no regard for customer satisfaction or basic human decency. Upon checking in, I was disappointed to find that my room faced a building overflowing with trash bags and located in a rather dirty area. The view from my room was certainly not what I had anticipated and affected my overall impression of the hotel.
Another aspect that left much to be desired was the absence of room service to provide lunch or dinner. This limitation made it challenging for me to enjoy a meal conveniently within the hotel premises, and I found this to be a considerable inconvenience during my stay.
Furthermore, I faced difficulties in communication with the staff as they did not seem to speak proper English. This language barrier hindered our interactions and made it hard for me to convey my concerns effectively. They are very patient in explaining our queries on the facilities and nearby amenities. Checking in and making payment is easy and efficient. No issues encountered with payment. ||The room is clean and huge, equipped with kitchenette and washing machine. It’s very convenient for both biz travelers and family vacation. The room cleaners are very friends too and responded to our requests quick. They also provide a nice high floor pool that oversee the Canton Tower and Pearl Delta River, awesome night view! There is a golf simulator room to practice your swings but you need to make reservations in advance.||Breakfast spread is good too, better than most hotels I’ve stayed in Guangzhou.
