We are writing to express our deep dissatisfaction with the service provided to our guest, Mr. Parvez Ahmed, who recently stayed at your hotel under the arrangement of our agency, Journey Adviser.
Despite prior booking confirmations and communication, Mr. Ahmed experienced unnecessary delays and hassle during check-in, which caused immense discomfort and inconvenience. Even more disappointing was the misinformation provided regarding the breakfast service, which was included in the booking confirmation but was later denied at the hotel without valid reason.
This behavior is completely unacceptable and unprofessional, especially from a hotel that claims to offer reliable services to international travelers. As a travel service provider, we prioritize guest comfort and trust the hotels we collaborate with. Unfortunately, your hotel’s service has failed to meet even the basic expectations.
This incident has not only damaged our guest’s experience but has also put our company’s reputation at risk. Therefore, we have decided not to offer or recommend any future service at Junshan Hotel to our clients.
We strongly urge your team to review this matter internally and ensure such service lapses are not repeated with...
Read moreFront desk - except for 1-2 out of 6 maybe, all are rude, and so vague!||They say there is a minibar but all there is is a room with a tiny water dispenser that has a heater. And 2 bottles of water. They say air conditioned, but you can hardly feel the blowing from the a/c if you put your hand a feet away from the air vent. The walls have molds. The carpet is filthy. The toilet and bath has molds, the toiletries are cheap. The towels stink. They knock on your door even at 10-11pm just to collect more deposit. They let you carry your own luggage to another room like what happened to me cuz I complained about my Aircon. The water heater does not work. There is an exception of this bell boy and cleaning ladies who seem to have better breeding than the front desk people. They are lazy and talk behind your back or in front of the guest mumbling seemingly insulting things when they have to be professional especially when they know guests don't understand them. They like to frown all the time. The lobby is excruciatingly hot. One day there was even a rat that ran from the curtain to...
