The beauty of this place is that most Muslims flock it just because of the name. Be careful when visiting China, some hotels and restaurants carry (halal) posters on the outside of the place to attract Muslims but only God knows if the food served is Halal. If you need to find out whether the hotel and restaurants are of Muslims, you can identify their staff members by the way they wear. The very beautiful thing that impressed me in China is that most women Muslims wear the Hejab (head scarf). Or else if you want to be more satsfied, ask them their names.
