Paco Business Hotel — Hotel in Guangzhou City

As the hotel does not occupy the whole building, it is quite hard for it to be found on map. We spent a little time searching for it. ||||In fact me and my friend had known about the maintenance that might probably cause noise so we had put on remark when booking that we were looking for some room further from the maintenance location but still it didn't seem to have any help. ||||When we got upstairs and got to the room that we were originally assigned to, we were shocked to found that there were some ppl talking loudly in there. Then we knocked on the door and found that our original room was exactly where the maintenance was. The worker then helped us to change the room but despite his inform to the front desk the receptionists were still confused abt our mismatched room number. One thing to be appreciated is that the worker was quite helpful.||||At night we tried to order some takeaway to the hotel. We were so shocked that when we asked the reception what a restaurant's number is, she didn't tell us it was the restaurant which is located right inside the hotel and simply told us there was not takeaway service in neighborhood at that moment, until we found out by ourselves next day.||||Then we ordered mcdonalds, I truly couldn't understand why would the receptionist tell the mcdonalds that they couldn't help them transfer the line to our room as we didn't have a cell phone number there. It took the mcdonalds staff much more extra effort and time to get the ordered food to us and they even walked doubled length of road!!!! Thank to those truly 'helpful' receptionist.||||I WOULD NEVER COME BACK TO THIS HOTEL NEVER AGAIN. I thought more money means higher quality but paco hotel has...

Worst hotel experience I have ever had in China. Most of the pictures of this location on Google map is not correct pictures of this place.

I like Paco hotels in China, but this branch is the worst and uncleaned hotel I have ever stayed.

Once you enter the hotel from the lift, you will smell the carpet very strongly. Rome was very dirty I was wearing sleepers my entire stay.

The location makes it worse. This hotel is in the middle of nowhere. You have nothing to do around this place and the nearest metro station is about 500 m away about 10 minutes walk. I think most people book this place because the Beijing road is one metro station away from this place. But believe me do not be disappointed after you come here.

Very reality I write a bad review for a business. But this place kind of made my visit a boring one so I thought of writing this review.

Only good thing: breakfast was 8/10.

What I noticed was the stuff is trying their best and the stuff is always overworked it seems. The room cleaning people work in the restaurant also with the same uniform and same clothes. People work in the lobby seemed very tired with working long hours...

Type: Business Trip||Period: 14.04.2017 - 20.04.2017||Room: 1007||This hotel located enough close to centre. But so so quite around. Reseptionists are so cute. They are ready to help anytime. But, thing is, not every personal knows english well. A little bit hard to explain something. It is nothing if you have translator on your smartphone. Room is so beautiful and clean. Enough big, comfort and bright. There are all nessesary devices and equipments. TV set works only in chiness, no english or some foreign country channels. Stuff so kind to help you.||During Canton Fair exhibition hotel organize shuttle bus. It moves in time 2 time in the morning. Only one thing is dissapointed: breakfast. It is ordinary noodle shop. No huge and rich menu. Too poor. Only 2 days we go there to drink coffee only. Another days we ate at Canton Fair mini shops. Anyway, quite good for staying during Fair. Thanks to all stuff for...
