16 of us from Malaysia went there for dinner on 12.04.2015. The food was overall considered tasty Cantonese style cooking. The Captain was very helpful with recommending the food to us. We ordered two live (swiming) fish netted up from the tank. When the fish was served, we found them to be not fully cooked despite the kitchen taking a long time to prepare and cook the fish. From our experience, they have switched our fish from live fish to frozen fish. That is why they took so long to serve the fish (needing time to defrost the fish, yet did not managed to defrost sufficiently before cooking). It is also funny that the Captain left the restaurant saying that her shift is over and she has to go just before the fish was served. Isn't this...
